They fantastic. Talking with Nicole in the office to schedule on the phone was very nice. Joshua came out and did the work and was very informative and friendly. I was throughly satisified with the job that they did and their professionalism and friendliness and I would use them again.

They arrived on time and after a discussion about the types of pesticides they planned on using commenced the work. Finished in about an hour.

Joshua was very efficient and warned me not to let me dogs outside for at least one hour (to let the chemicals dry completely). As to not disrupt my dogs, when he was finished he put my receipt in the mail slot. Very nice guy!

I was experiencing an infestation of sugar ants on my kitchen counters. The service provider from All Pest Control Company arrived as scheduled and graciously answered numerous questions from this home owner about how ants get into the home, store bought treatments as opposed to professional services, effectiveness of treatment, length one can expect treatment to last, threat to homeowners, pets, etc., environmental impact and likelihood of re-infestation. Once it was decided to proceed with the treatment he used a sprayer and applied the chemical around all baseboards in the home as well as the outside perimeter. He also sprayed a west facing section of the home exterior to eradicate box-elder bugs. As I was to told to expect, I found a few ants for a week or so following the treatment but have seen none since that time. I found one spider on the kitchen counter but his reactions were slow indicating he was probably in the process of dying when I captured him. The provider was pleasant, efficient and thorough. I will use this company again if needed in the future.

I had a tremendous problem with carpenter ants in an old railroad tie retaining wall. I had been trying to get rid of them for a few years, but to no avail and it was getting worse, so when I saw an Angie's List Big Deal come across for extermination, I jumped on it. They came out and sprayed and completely took care of the problem. I haven't seen a carpenter ant since. That was over a year ago and it has been very effective. I couldn't be more pleased.

Fine. They called ahead to remind me they were coming out. They did what they said they would.

We were impressed with the time their service rep took explaining the procedure and what we could expect this Winter and next Spring. He arrived on time and was very careful to make sure that we were satisfied with the job and our animals were kept inside while the chemicals dried. We will update our comments next Spring when the pests do not appear.

No apparent change to bug situation.

Although I have had a number of good experiences with professionals I learned about through Angie's List, this was one of the best. In terms of communication and timeliness, this company was the superior. After I bought the coupon, All Pest contacted me via e-mail to schedule my appointment and to inform me about the preventive spraying service. When I called shortly afterwards to ask whether All Pest could send its technician within about two days, the scheduler (who was very pleasant) was able to arrange that. On the morning of the appointment, Joshua Musante (the senior technician), called to let me know when he was on his way, and then he arrived a few minutes early. He was professional and informative, answering all of my questions about food safety in the kitchen and pet safety in the yard. He worked efficiently--no drama--and I plan to contact him again next year for my 2013 preventive service.

Joshua came out to our house and was excellent. He did exactly what he said he was going to do and explained everything very well.

A different person came for the actual spraying. I wasn't as impressed with him as the guy who did the first consult. I asked him to look at some holes in my yard to see if he could tell what kind of critter had been making them. He didn't seem too interested in making a guess since he was there to do spraying (they ended up being filled with bunnies)! He was courteous enough and sprayed. He had a problem putting back my crawl space cover and I ended up putting it back because he couldn't seem to figure it out despite me telling him that it was backwards. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

I got a Big Deal for preventative pest control. I was looking to decrease the number of spiders and to a lesser extent ants around our house. I also want insight as to how centipedes were getting into our 2nd floor bathroom. While I didn't get this question answered the pest treatment was excellent and cut down on our spider/ant issues for about 6 months. The employee asked about my concerns walked the perimeter of the house and then applied the treatment. The spiders and ants were gone for about 6 months, so the money was well spent!

Came and sprayed for sugar ants. Infestation was pretty bad, so they came back a second time within their guartantee period and the problem was solved. I was very pleased with this service!

I called All Pest Control on Wednesday following the discovery, yet again, of ants holding a convention on my kitchen counter. The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She explained that pricing differs dependent upon spraying for prevention or for infestation and recommended that I have someone come out to give me a bid before scheduling the work. Joshua showed up at my house the following Monday, as scheduled, to assess the problem and provide the quote. He put on shoe covers before entering my house to protect the floors from dirt and grim. Never having had pest control services before, I questioned him extensively about treatment options, environmental impact, length of effectiveness and expected outcomes. Joshua was courteous, patient, and very thorough in his answers. Once I was sufficiently satisfied that all my questions were answered, Joshua offered to provide the service while he was here instead of requiring me to reschedule. He sprayed along the baseboards throughout the inside of my house and put a light beading of ant killer along the inside track of my kitchen window--the area from which the ants seemed to enter the house. He then went outside and sprayed around the perimeter of the house as well as on the west side of my home where I had some box elder bugs. Joshua explained that I might see a few ants over the next two weeks as it takes time for the pesticide to get carried back to the nests and kill the the remaining ants. He noted that ants should be smaller and smaller over time until they disappear--if this was not the case I was told to call the company for a recheck. It's now been three days since the treatment. I've seen a couple small ants and have confidence that they too will disappear in the next ten days or so. I was very pleased with All Pest Control and will call them again next spring to treat for ants BEFORE they decide to hold another convention in my house!!!

Despite keeping a clean house, we have occasionally seen a few small ants in our kitchen and bathrooms in our house. We have tried to get rid of them using commercially available bait (Terro) and while it seemed to work for awhile, the ants always came back. This time we decided to try a professional exterminator. We checked Angie's List and found All Pest Control Company. We purchased the $98 exterior treatment coupon through Angie's List. We called All Pest and they answered the phone promptly and were able to schedule an appointment within a few days on the day of our choosing. We scheduled the appointment for a window of 3 to 5 PM. On the day scheduled for service Josh called us at about 2 PM and said his 2 PM appointment had cancelled and would it be OK for him to come on over. We said yes and he arrived promptly. Josh is very personable and explained the treatment he uses and what we can expect. He listened to our explanation of the problem and then did a thorough walk around the house and examined our crawl space for evidence of other pests. Finding none, he proceeded to spray the exterior of the house. He explained that we may still see some ants for the next week or two until the spray has done its work. Two days after spraying, all the ants are gone. We are very pleased with the service we received from All Pest Control and will definitely use them again.

Overall, I'd use them again, but was dissapointed that they didn't take the wasp nests down.
