The company offered me a convenient time for an appointment. The technician did the job quickly and efficiently; there were no complications. I would use them again.

It went great, they did a great job. It was a top notch experience.

The service was performed on time and I was given verbal information to aid me in preventing all types of insect problems, e.g. bees & yellow jackets, spiders, wood boring beetles.

Over the previous weekend the weather had turned much warmer and we noticed a few carpenter ants in our kitchen. Come Monday it was even warmer and by late morning we spotted more ants wandering on our family room wall. At that point we left a message at All Pest to get a quote on service. Tom called back within minutes and scheduled an appointment that afternoon with a technician. Josh appeared on time and asked for us to describe our problem. I showed him an ant I had captured in a jar and he agreed that it was a carpenter ant and asked for more details. We then went on a tour of the outside of the house. He did notice a few smaller carpenter ants. He also explained more about ant colonies and what he thought was the best and simplest method to treat. He seemed very knowledgeable and was low key. He said he did have time to perform the treatment that day but was fine with just leaving the written estimate for us to discuss. There was no pressure or "horror stories" from him to get the work. We told him to go ahead with the treatment with an additional treatment in 30 days and followups as need for a year. Within 30 minutes he was done and gave us our paperwork. We are very happy with the level of service Josh provided us.

I used All Pest Control Company on an Angie's List "Big Deal." My service request was professionally received and promptly scheduled. Josh arrived on time, and he was very friendly and thorough. His communication was excellent. Before he started, he explained what he was going to do, and after he was done, he checked if I had any questions or further needs. Overall, the service was excellent.

I decided to go ahead with the package that included two bait boxes and 2 separate bait refill visits over one month. Everything seemed fine. However, my husband didn't like the decision because of the possibility that the critter would die in our attic and we'd end up having to deal with it so I had to ask to reverse the transaction. This all happened a couple of hours after the decision was made so I called the office up and asked if I could reverse the transaction. They were fortunately very accommodating of my situation and agreed to refund my money. I had bagged up the boxes so that they wouldn't be used as I wasn't trying to take advantage of their help and left the boxes outside for them to pick up. They did their promised job but unfortunately, I couldn't continue the service with them which does not reflect poorly on the company at all. In fact, because they were so accommodating of my reversal, I think that reflects highly of them.

Mike described in detail the procedure for spraying for pests before starting. Sprayed exterior and interior for pests. Very nice and professional. No smell in house, which was nice.

Overall, we are happy with their service so far.

The technician who came to our home was named Mike and couldn't have been more professional and kind. I showed him around the property a little bit first and he pointed out a couple of tips to keep out pests. I feel that he went the extra mile to get some of my second story problem spots. I would definitely recommend this company and especially Mike.

They were very courteous and professional. Also, very educational. They knew a lot about the pests in the area and they made a significant effort to educate the client about what could be done. Tom was great. He was very friendly and down to earth.

We called All Pest Control for a free estimate. Josh was on time and well dressed and groomed when he arrived the morning of 3/14/2013. He was very detailed and thorough as he educated us in the pest and his process to eliminate it. We were sold on his service, and he was able to fit us immediately into his schedule that day. He performed his service, and explained what we could expect after he was done. The next two days were exactly what he described. He emphasized that we could call for the following 90 days if we had any questions, or needed another spraying. Any reappearing of our pests would be a reason to call for additional spraying or analysis. Josh was great.

Ants had decided my home would be wonderful to overwinter in and were already settling in i the living room (?) and parts of the kitchen. Serendipitously, I get an email from Angie's List 2 days later for pest control and I jumped at the opportunity. The company were very understanding and allayed my concerns; they were able to send someone out within a week who treated both the interior and the exterior of the home. He left some bait near the entrance points that the ants were using, which the ants scooped up fast (a bit scary at first, as tons more ants came for the bait). By the 3rd day , we saw maybe one ant, then nothing. We now have a contract for quarterly exterior spraying with this company and couldn't be more pleased with the expertise and their professionalism.

The bugs disappeared. I am happy.

still early to tell for sure but the recommended treatment appears to be working because we have not seen evidence in the house of any mouse activity since. We have had one follow-up inspection at 30 days and will have another at 60. I am satisfied with the outcome and would recommend All Pest Control.

They promptly schedled an appointment, came out and inspected the home and crawl space, identified some problem areas, set traps and scheduled an appointment to return and check the traps. I was expecting one visit but they exceeded those expectations by coming out three times and did a great job of resolving the issue!

We have used All Pest Control Co. twice now, and I will continue to use them. They are extremely professional - punctual, friendly and thorough - and the product they use works very well. We need ant control 1-2x a year, and they have won me over as a loyal customer.

Great. The technician explained exactly what he would do and also gave advise on minimizing exposure to ouselves and our dog. Service was performed quickly and as described.

They sprayed the outside of our house for pests..

After a thorough inspection and review of our mouse problem, the owner recommended that we could address the problem ourselves at a fraction of the cost. He gave us specific recommendations about what kind of traps and where to put them. He said he would be glad to come back and do a professional extermination if we were unsuccessful but that it would be a waste of money and overkill to use him until we tried ourselves. He spent a great deal of time and answered every question - even re-set one of our traps properly - and charged nothing for his time. In fact, he was right and we were able to solve the situation ourselves. I would absolutely use and trust him if the situation arose.

It worked out really good. They came out, addressed the issue, and they were all gone.

Everything went very well, they explained everything before spraying and addressed our issues concerning the safety of our pets and outside wildlife. They also told us what to expect in the next few weeks as the treatment worked. They were very friendly and professional, we would definitely us them again in the future.

We had an instant infestation of ants drop out of the ceiling of our little cabin on a lake on a very hot day. Washington Pest came when they said they would and continue to treat the property and home for rodants and ants, etc. They come every three months and have done a terrific job of resolving our problems. Because this is a vacation home they know to come even if we are not there. Then they just send us a bill. They make it very easy for us and I couldn't say a bad thing about them. Highly recommend.

I had not used pest control before, but was having a nasty, persistent rat problem. Josh was very professional and knowledgable, inspected the entire property and found where rats were DIGGING into the basement area. He set traps and is returning to check them. Lots of nice touches, including use of disposable booties when he came indoors. There were no extra charges for pea gravel and other supplies that he used in the process.
