Josh was super friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again for pest issues.

The gentleman arrived as scheduled. He completed the spraying in a timely manner.

All Pest Control Company were very knowledgeable, I was very impressed with them. They also did exactly what they advertised, and answered any questions. They sent a thank you card after the service.

Josh came out. When I told him how little I had been paying another company he remarked on how good a deal it was and suggested I should stick with them. I thought that was refreshing frankness. I then asked him a bunch more questions about the chemicals, timing, and which pests to worry about. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly, and patient. So I decided to go with All Pest Control. Mike came out right at the scheduled time to do the spraying. He did a thorough job and even sprayed some wasp nests for no extra cost.

They did a great job. This is the 2nd year that I have used them.

It went great! They showed up as scheduled, and of course it was pouring down rain (Oregon rain in April). Since this was a one time exterior spray, they had suggested that I might want to schedule another day because it was raining sideways. Not that their product wouln't work, it was just that all their other work is warrantied, and mine was a one time thing. That was really honest of them and I appreciate them coming to my house twice to do this one time spray!!! We scheduled the following Wednesday and they showed up and did the work - all looks / works well!

He successfully got rid of our mice problem. Josh was very professional, explained our options thoroughly and did a great job. I would use this company again.

It was good. The guy was pretty efficient. We had a lot little flies and critters and put on an application that was environmentally friendly which I liked. He was here on time, did exactly what he said he was going to do and explained it all well.

All Pest came out for an on-site the day after I called. I had received two other estimates over the phone, but All Pest was the only one able to provide next-day service for the same price as the other to bids. There were no signs of the black ants after 36 hours and they are still gone after 72 houtd.

They were very professional and very informative. He informed me that it may not do the job and it did not do the job. He thought I needed two or more treatments but it hasn't solved my problem yet so I'm hesitant to drop more money on it. There was nothing wrong with him, he was upfront.

It was such a great experience. The lead technician was a total gentleman and just nice as could be. Gave me all kinds of tips and was totally accommodating when I couldn't make it home in time for the appointments. Even the customer service person who scheduled all the appointments was a pleasure on the phone. Overall a really great company that I'd recommend and use again.

Josh was scheduled to come in a couple of days and arrived right on time. After he checked out the problem, he explained that we could get an inside/outside treatment and warranty with a hefty price tag, or we could use our $99 deal and see if it was enough to do the trick. There was no pressure to spend more and I appreciated the soft sell. We elected to use the deal and he recommended we have him spray the outside of the house as that's where the ants came from. The treatment worked pretty well, but the ants reappeared after a couple of weeks, so we called to have him come back. Josh was scheduled to come in a couple of days. He hit some traffic on the way, but kept us posted with a couple phone calls, so I wasn't bothered that he was late. He offered us the $99 deal price for an interior treatment, and explained we could purchase a warranty on this treatment, but also explained the costs for future treatments or recurring service as alternatives. Again, no sales pressure and we chose to just have the $99 treatment. This time he sprayed the inside of the house, so we're covered on all fronts. The total for both treatments was a fair price, and I wasn't bothered that it took two treatments--that was a smarter approach than spending a lot of money up front for no reason. The ants are gone, so hopefully we won't see Josh again :), but if we do see pests I'd call him again.

The service was great - Mike was able to come a bit early (got a phone call) and take care of our job quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with his work.

Overall it went pretty well. This time when they came out they didn't remove the hives which I thought they would becuase they removed them the time before last. Overall though, I will use them again.

Initially I was not super impressed with the work because although the company told us several times that this was preventative and wold not get rid of existing pests, I had hoped since we currently under attack by ants that it would help. Two days later, however, we had another ant invasion and when my husband called to ask, the company said that is not uncommon right after the work is done. Since then, however, we have been ant free for several weeks! This is amazing for our home as we usually have hundreds of ants at any given time. Overall, I have been quite happy with the work!

I decided not to use this service. I did not pursue calling them to find out what they might suggest.

Went well. Easy to schedule appointment, was puncture. Performed the services (sprayed exterior and interior of house) quickly and efficiently.

They came out to check my attic and found no sign of a pest. I had a whole in one of my under eave soffit covers and thought an animal made the hole and was living in my attic. This company could have very easily told me there was something living in there and I would have totally bought it, so I appreciate their honesty. While they were there we showed them some ants crawling on the home. They said they were carpenter ants and gave us a quote for spraying. I'm going to get a few other quotes (per Angie's list suggestion!) but I wouldn't be surprised if I ended up contracting out to All Pest Control!

All Pest Control has been out to my place 3 times. Two for consultations, one for a preventative service. Each time they have been punctual, professional, and informative. I'm kind of a paranoid homeowner when it comes to pests. I call when I think there may be an issue. Josh has provided all the service and I could not ask for a better vendor. He is so informative. I think he should start a lecture series on pests. For example, I thought we may have termites on our deck and he did not see any activity. While explaining what to look for or what did cause the damage at one point he pulled up a picture of the culprit. I appreciate the fact that he gave me honest information and did not try to upsell an unnecessary treatment to me. I will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

I have used this company several times. They are very punctual and professional. They do a good job.

I have used All Pest Control now for 2 years. They are responsive, effecient, friendly, experienced and customer focused. Our experience has been excellent and i would highly recommed them to anyone. We will continue to use them as our preferred Pest Control Company
