Mark arrived right on time. Ask what main problem was. Ask for water faucet to mix solution. Went right to work. Done in 15 min. Explained guarantee of 90 days. Was polite!

Josh arrived right on time, conducted thorouh inspection, offered helpful information in response to my questions, and sprayed around perimeter of home for seasonal pest control. Good work - I plan on setting up routine service schedule with All Pest Control.

8/16/13: contacted company regarding return of tiny ant infestation on Trexdeck and they identified what we had done as preventative spraying only through Angie's List coupon. A second visit would be required to further spray for ants. Instead we have chosen to do that ourselves since ants have not invaded the house at this point. Otherwise we are satisfied with the service, including the wasp nest spraying.

I purchased a deal for outside seasonal maintenance spray. I received contact from the scheduler to come out. Josh arrived on the day of service and was very friendly and professional. He listened to our needs and gave advice on our particular issues. We will definitely use All Pest Control for pest control maintenance and any issues that come up in the future. They have won our business.

They are okay. They did good work. I would use them again in the future.

Mike showed up on time and completed the task quickly. He explained that this deal was for general bugs and that a spray targeted to ants or spiders was a different type of service which would cost more money and would be backed by a guarantee which the Angie's List deal did not cover.

Making the appointment was hassle free. Mike, the tech, called when he was about a half hour from our house and showed up on time. He was friendly, we talked of my expectations, and he went to work on the inside/outside bug barrier. He finished in about 30 minutes and reported that he didn't see any obvious signs of carpenter ants or other damaging bugs, just the usual spiders, all at a low level around the house. Overall a pleasant experience.

I had purchased a big deal for the service. I was pleased with them. They were honest and complete, I haven't had any pest control problems since they were there. My renters said that they weren't any problems. I got a deal and the price was right for me.

It went well. Everything is working well. He arrived on time and was pleasant.

We have an issue with All Pest Control Company. We started seeing spiders within the first month after they came here. Even though the work wasn't warranted, All Pest Control is coming back out to see what's going on. They're out here today, in fact. They're a very nice organization. They are very easy to work with and appear to be very professional and vested in the service they provide. It is hard for me to grade them because there is an issue, but they appear to be trying to fix it now.

We purchased a Big Deal with this company a month ago. They actually came back to our property at their expense and repeated the treatment. They are very easy to work with and very professional. We are planning to have them come out on a quarterly basis from now on.

Contractor arrived ontime and did the job in less than an hour. Sprayed all areas requested.

Called on Monday, arranged for appointment on Wednesday. Gave me a 2 hr window to meet for an estimate. Said they would call ahead of time to let me know they were on there way so I wouldn't have to sit around waiting. About 15 minutes into 2 hr window I decided to head home just in case. On my way home I got a call from the technician who asked me where I was and that he'd have to leave if I wasn't there in the next 10 minutes. I explained that I was waiting for a phone call so I wouldn't have to miss so much work, but hadn't heard from him. Then he said that he'd called the wrong number by mistake the first time. (Why didn't he start by saying that instead of having to leave in 10 minutes, I don't know.) The technician did apologize numerous times after we met (especially when I told him I was just going to get an estimate today). After I got home, he told me he'd already made a site investigation and that I had carpenter ants 'all over'. I asked to give me specifics and if he'd noticed them worse in any area more than others. He said, "I don't know, front, back, that side." Every side of the house except the one side I noticed them. His suggested remedy was a $375 1 yr guarantee dose of foundation spray (1 today, follow up 1 month later). I asked about the chemicals used in the spray because my wife is chemically sensitive and we have 2 young children, and if he had any information on the chemicals/products he'd be using. His exact quote was, 'well, she'll be fine as long as she doesn't come out here and lick it off the ground." and "if I had to carry all the information for all the chemicals I use, i wouldn't have enough room in my truck." (I may be niave but thought you have to carry MSDS sheets whenever you are a licensed applicator and going to be exposing the public to chemicals.) He said that he'd be happy to go back to his truck and write up the agreement and start applying immediately. I asked him to just give me the names of the products he'd be applying and a written estimate. Not sure where the 'intensive search for the cause of the problem" portion of their service came in. Not sure why they needed a 2 hr window to tell me my whole house was infested and that they'd just be applying a foundation spray around the exterior of the entire house. This is actually LESS service than I received over the phone getting estimates from other companies. Needless to say, they did not get our business.

After the bait boxes were placed, he made an appointment to come back in two weeks. When he came back he noticed there had been activity, and he wanted to make another appointment for a week later to make sure the activity stopped before putting in replacement screens. When he came back , he saw the mice activity had stopped and he then put in replacement screen for the crawlspace outlets. He was professional and thorough. I would use him again.

Mike was prompt, friendly and professional. He walked around the home with me while I pointed out my concerns. Then he went right to work spraying, then he followed up by pointing out areas he had observed more concentration of pests,and showed me that he had sprayed heavily in those areas.

When All Pest Control treated our house for tiny black antsin March 2013, Josh performed the service. He made it very clear that the spraying and baiting was absolutely guaranteed for three months. In June, We called near the end of three months to report some of the ants had returned. The company immediately and without question scheduled a respray at no cost. In other words, folks, they lived up to their commitment with a smile and a salute. The first treatment was very effective, and Josh explained that the disappearance of the pesky ants would happen gradually over a short period of time. Within 1-2 weeks, the ants had slowed to a trickle, which was the expected outcome. Occasional sightings after 6 weeks happened, but at atolerable level. Since the respray, we have seen no ants at all. We are totally satisfied that the quality of service and the effectiveness of the treatment. Every contact with their personnel was honest, friendly, and professional. They delivered on all their promises. We don't expect the indigenous ant population to ignore our home forever. Someday we will call All Pest Control again and again contract with them without hesitation. Thank You All Pest Control!

This is the second time we have used this company. The first time I saw no nasty spiders and very few bugs for a long time after. The past couple weeks I have been working outside on the patio and next to the house and have seen several large spiders and other bugs. Not sure if it rained at that time and spray was not as efficient or if there are just more bugs right now.

Scheduling was quick and easy. The office was very responsive. Josh arrived on the day of service, having checked in by phone to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He helped resolve the rodent issue quickly and, thankfully, before it became a major problem. I was so pleased with the service provided that I contracted with All Pest for regular pest control service at my home. They use products that are non toxic to pets as well as people. I will recommend All Pest to anyone needing pest or rodent control services.
