Joshua was very professional and punctual. This is our third time we have used All Pest Control. Highly recommended and pleasure doing business with.

Tech appeared on time with good intro and walk through. Did not tie down bait traps however, and did not enter crawl space inside house as previous company had done. Offered discounted return visits for re-baiting traps, which was a real positive. I will monitor traps to see if they get dragged out of the desired areas and will address that issue when tech returns in Jan. when I plan to use this very responsive company again.

The first thing Joshua says to me is that he only uses bait to kill rats. He will not use snap traps. Well then why does the company web site say Quote We have the ability to either trap or bait as a method of eradication End-quote in the rodent section? Furthermore he did not even go into the crawl space nor the inside of the house nor walk around the perimeter of the house looking for possible entry holes (like another company did who was also called out to do an estimate). He also was vague with what kind of exclusion methods he planned on using. The only thing he spent time explaining was why it was easier For Him to just throw a handful of bait in the crawl space. Well I can do that too. That is not why I called a professional out to the house.

I purchased a big deal for this company. We were very pleased. I felt like the man that was here really listened to where we saw the ants from coming in. So he spent a lot of extra effort in that area of the house as apposed to just going around the outside of your house. We just knew where we always was seeing them so he really seemed to listen what our concerns were and what our experiences had told us. So we were very satisfied.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and arrived on-time. He provided an estimate of how much it would cost to spray the outside of the house. All Pest Control Company was a little cheaper than many other companies that I received a quote from. After he sprayed, I have not seen any more spiders or bugs in the house. Yay! Would definitely do business with this company again!

The guy came over and explained what he was doing and explained the products he was using. We had an ant infestation so he sprayed inside and outside and the problem went away. There were no additional costs for the service.

It went really well. He sprayed the house, and sprayed more of the product where I knew there was more of a problem with the ants. He added more bait in the problem areas as well.

All pest showed up on time, explained what was going to be done and performed their service. Will use again.

Very nice people and very accommodating. They explained things well and in detail. Told us to give everything a couple weeks to notice the pests eliminated. After two weeks we still had sugar ants and we had killed a couple spiders in the house. I called again, same fellow came out promptly, suggested we give it another week or two. We did, still had pests. Someone else came out and did a complete and complimentary spray again. That worked! DIdn't see any critters. It's now 2 months later and sugar ants found their way in the kitchen. Not as bad, but, I guess those critters have all sorts of ways of coming in. I'm now using a combination of Borax and sugar mixed together in areas where I have seen them trailing. Hardly see them at all now. Guess that's what I need to do in the kitchen. I would use All Pest again to spray outside. Really very nice and accommodating company.

Fantastic. Senior Inspector Josh was helpful and professional. He told me all about a part of the house I can't see, including problem areas and potential dangers. He explained that the service I purchased from Angie's List wouldn't apply to my situation, but he offered a similar (but more expensive) service for the same price. Highly recommended.

Return call to verify my requested appointment was prompt. Received follow-up call to confirm appointment the night before. Technician who was to perform the service called to let me know he was on the way and arrived right on time. He was unable to assist with my "pest" issue as the animal in question is a skunk and that makes it a wildlife issue. There are specific regulations for the removal of wildlife and this company does not have the ability to do the removal. Technician gave me the name of a company who would be able to assist me (turns out they are an Angie's List A company). He gave me some possible options about blocking the entry and lots of consumer education on pest removal. If I ever have "qualifying" pests I would call All Pest Control and will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

They were great and did an awesome job.

Things went smoothly and every thing was taken care of...They explained everything that they were going to do and were fast in getting things done..Joshua explained the whole process and what we had to do if any pests returned. They sprayed both indoors and outdoors with no interference with our routine. They were pleasant and answered all of our questions and explained the whole process.

Scheduled for 9/30/2013.. Double billing needing reversed.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for All Pest. I was contacted by All Pest within 12 hours and they treated my house within 24 hours. I haven't seen a spider since. This is the second time I have used All Pests and I will continue to use them in the future.

Company tech was punctional, polite and really knew what he was doing. From the initial contact to when he finished was less than an hour. Work complete and my wife and I are very happy with the results.
