It was great. The customer service was excellent, they were very prompt and the service held up.

Found All Pest Control thanks to Angie's list, and once again we're extremely happy with the results. They company was extremely responsive and their representative was very professional in his inspection and explanation of our alternatives for treatment. Most importantly, once the treatment was completed we've had no further issues with the pests. I recommend and encourage others to use their service.

As far as I know it is effective. We arranged the appointment within 30 days I think.

Friendly and efficient. Spent time answering my questions and concerns and did a great job. I would not hesitate to hire them again if needed.

They did a very good job and got rid of all the ants.

$150.00 to set up then $75.00 each visit to maintain. They also helped with odor abatement in the garage as a result of rat kills.

They explain about there habits and how best to treat. I made appointment and they were out in a couple of days. They even called me to remind me when was the best time to treat for carpenter ants.

We called to schedule an appointment, but had questions about our exterior and accessibility. They were very kind and knowledgeable on the phone. the appointment was set quickly and the service person arrived as scheduled. he was very professional. He looked all of the way around the house and then decided on a plan of action. He answered questions and said we should call if the ants were still showing up within a week for another treatment. The ants are gone! form the first moment of contact to the moment the technician left, every aspect was professional and prompt. I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

I am using them, but they would not honor the deal on the website for a discount. They said in my case they could not honor that for me. I was a little disappointed that they would not honor that deal for me; I think it was for $50 off the service. I am still having ant problems though and I plan to call them and see what else they can do for me. Once I called them and they were going to do a treatment, I called into the office, because my work schedule changed. The guy then changed the appointment back and came the day that I originally rescheduled. I had to wait a couple of weeks before they could come back and he should have called into the office to see why that had changed in the first place.

Job done in short time, and we feel the result was less problem with the little flies that we experienced the years before.

We had Joshua perform a walk though late last year. He was very knowledgeable, zeroing in our our sugar ant problem, yet advising to wait a bit due to weather to ensure the best result of All Pest's efforts. We called them back in mid February as the nuisance aspect of these little ants were becoming increasingly annoying. The scheduling staff was very friendly, professional and helpful arranging for a visit with minimal wait. The tech, Joshua again, arrived promptly at the appointment time, reassessed the situation and applied his indoor treatments. Later in the week another tech hit the exterior perimeter of the house. Since then our ant problem has been nonexistent, although we will probably sign on for a quarterly plan to keep them knocked down..We have zero complaints with All Pest and highly recommend them as a knowledgeable and professional pest control company!

Josh was right on time. He examined our guest bathroom that had a ton of winged ants that we had sprayed and killed a few days before, He said since there had not been any more activity since that the chances of them coming back were slim. I was very relieved! There was no charge for the appointment.

It took a few weeks before the ants were gone, but once they were gone, they have not come back.

We were very pleased with it. They did a thorough job. It did not take them long. They explained what they were doing and we can call them if there were any problems in the near future.

Scheduling was fine. However, we had already had a bunch of freezes, so it was probably a little late to have this done. The guy that came was nice and came on time. They sprayed the outside perimeter.

It turned out great. They called pretty quickly. I had a pest problem and so the sooner they do the service, the better and they came out real quick. I had carpenter ants on the outside and I had the little sugar ants on the inside and it took away both of them. Also, I showed the treatment specialist that came out some piles of debris in my basement right next to the wall, right under where the sill plate is and I was concerned that that debris was from carpenter ants and that they had started eating a part of my house and he said, "No, that is not carpenter ants. That is pavement ants." He said that they do that and so you will see debris but they are not eating into your house. And he said, "Our treatments will take care of them too." So, it was a very good experience and they were gone quickly and I would find a dead carpenter ant from time to time out in the front porch. The stuff apparently lasted a while and they said that, "The sugar ants, it will take care of them but we cannot guarantee that they will never come back because it is the nature of the beast. But the carpenter ants will not come back. It will kill the colony and that is it." It was an innocuous substance. He explained how the molecule that affected the ants was specially tailored only to work on invertebrates. It does not affect vertebrates at all and there was no smell and no staining. It was a pretty cool experience. My neighbor who recently moved in had a problem with the small ants as well and I told them about my experience and they contacted All Pest Control Company and they came out and took care of their house too. They also had a very good price because it was a special. He explained that if it was not on a special on Angie's List, it would be upwards of $200 or more for each of the inside and outside treatments. The quality of their work was top drawer as far as I could tell. I do not remember if I contacted them or they contacted me. I just remember that the time between purchasing the special and when the work was done was not very long.

The work went better than agreed. We will definitely be using this company again.

Put bait traps in the yard and refilled a few weeks later

Was advised of ways to keep rodents out. Technician set bait traps under the house and returned a month later to verify effectiveness, and to change-out a large-gap grating for a smaller gap grating. Was very happy with the service. They didn't push to up-charge, which makes me comfortable using them down the road for any future work. I'll definitely go back to this company in the future.

I only paid for service on the outside and so the serviceman sprayed all around our home, however, the spray left water spots all over our windows which we had to clean because it looked terrible from the inside. Also, the serviceman had told me about a service where he can get me into the system with an automatic quarterly appointment. I never received a call back or follow-up from that. We definitely saw a decrease in pests, however, the overall quality and professionalism was lacking.

They did spraying outside the house for pests. The individuals were very responsive to the questions I had concerning the type of spray being used as well as questions I had regarding other pests such as moles. I was very impressed and will use them again.

All Pest Control came to get rid of 2 species of pests. They were on time. |The worker was very friendly and informative. The 1st visit did not rid all of the pests. When we called they scheduled an appointment for in a |few days. Again they were on time. The pests are now gone. We would call them again and recommend them.

Josh showed up promptly to give me an estimate. He called before coming to give the estimate and before coming to do the work. He talked with me a long time about the flea infestation that I had and we discussed all the options. He talked me out of services that I did not need. When he came to do the work, he got here right on time and went to work quickly. He told me what he was going to work and what to expect. It did the trick and my house is finally flea-free.

It went very well, had lots of ants around, and don't see many any more. Great job!
