All Pest Control Company

We were very satisfied with the level of communication from All Pest Control after we had purchased the deal via Angie's List. On the day the work was scheduled, the gentleman who showed up to do the work gave us the option of postponing the treatment because rain was forecast that day. He advised that we could go ahead if we wished, but that the efficacy of the treatment could be compromised by the rain. We really appreciated that information, and chose to postpone the work until the following week. There was no additional charge for mileage or time for this extra trip. On the subsequent appointment day, the technician called before he came, arrived on time, and finished the work in a timely manner. He also thoughtfully and thoroughly answered all of our questions, including those regarding any possible negative effects the treatment might have on our neighbor's pets. We recommend All Pest Control and commend them for their professionalism.

The service went well. They sprayed the perimeter of the outside of my home. The technician did a great job, showed up on time and knew exactly what he was doing. I had no issues with scheduling.

I saw a couple of carpenter ants last week and called this company after looking on Angie's list. Josh came this am. I am totally impressed!! I explained what I had seen. He walked around looking at the front of the house where I had seen the carpenter ants telling me what he was looking for. He spoke very knowledgeably about carpenter ants. He said I could spray, but that was up to me. He was totally no pressure to sell his services. He told me what to watch for with the carpenter ants. He called before he arrived. He was on time, very courteous and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and if I see carpenter ants on a continuing basis I will be calling them!!! This was an estimate call only so there was no charge.

Josh arrived on time and worked efficiently to spray the house exterior and interior with bug repellent, answering all questions I had and being very helpful as I moved furniture away from the walls so he could get to the baseboards. The whole process took about 1.5 hours, and Josh did a great job, as usual. The products and methods he uses keep my house free of pests for 6 months to a year.

Perfect. Took his time explaining his process and how I could work on ant prevention inside my home. Great communication and timely service. Will definately be using them again

Went fine. They alled to reschedule but guy showed up on time and reschedule wasn't needed, office mistake. Did the work but we still had ants after the treatment so not sure how effective it was.

I believed that the pest treatment would help with hornets and rodents....I was later informed that it did not. Also, I phoned the provider four or five different times and their recording said that they were unavailable.

As far as I could tell, it was good. I haven't seen any bugs. There were no additional fees.

I bought an Angieslist big deal for external spraying. Checked the exterior of the house a few days later and spiders/other insects seemed unchanged from before spraying. Healthy and numerous. Contacted company and they first said spraying needs to occur frequently for control; but they did willingly agree that there should not be so many live spiders just a few days after the spray. They willingly came and sprayed again, with better results. Still, i would not use the service again. I was not home at time of the first service so i do not know whether the first spray was just applied very minimally--or what went wrong.

Haven't had any ants since the treatment. I'm very happy with the service from this company.

It went fine! They were on time. He did his job very well. Thirty days later they were all gone just like he said they would be. I am very happy with the service.

We have used this provider once a year for the past several years. Each spring, after power washing has been completed, we have All Pest come to our home for once-a-year preventative pest treatment. Their treatment seems to work well for us, keeping ants, earwigs, spiders and wasps at bay for the Summer and Fall months. I spoke with the individual who did the spraying immediately following the work, and he assured me that the wasp nests at the peaks of the house (where we cannot reach) were all sprayed fully even though they did not appear to be currently inhabited. We will use their service again in the future.

Was easy - they have cool equipment and trucks and of course the Angies list awards displayed. . . quidk - very high quality chemicals used. . .

good, showed up in the estimated time they said they would, called 15 minutes out. so far, so good, no more ants. gave me a 3 month warranty if they return.

We retained the company through an Angie's List discount coupon offer. The project ended up costing twice as much as the coupon value as, we were told that owing to the severity of the infestation, it would be necessary to spray both inside and outside.

Patrick explained in detail what he was doing, and why. He left us know the problem will not go away tomorrow, however it will go away. He was very nice.

I am always loathe to leave any less-than-positive feedback but I feel I owe to other women consumers my experience. The representative was very nice and spent a long time talking with me about what he felt we needed and then promptly provided the service recommended. After a couple weeks we were not noticing much improvement in the situation so I called to ask about the timeline for us to maybe see a change. My call was promptly returned but I ended up being really frustrated. He did not remember our job, recommended totally different service than what had been recommended before and said he needed to come look at the job again. I asked him if he could meet with my husband but he seemed unable to accommodate a time that he said he could do that within my husband's schedule. He said he could not meet after 6:00 PM because his day starts at 6:30 AM so I offered to have my husband meet with him early in the day but he said he could not meet earlier than 9:30 am because of his commute. I said I'd have my husband call him to schedule a time. Long story short, they talked, met (within the exact same schedule I had requested) and came up with a totally different game plan to dissuade our pests. I felt my husband gave him the same input I had but achieved totally different results. This is not an unusual experience but since I am the customer, I make the decision of who to use and I pay the invoice, I should receive the exact same level of responsiveness than my male counterpart. We received satisfactory service but in a less-than-satisfactory (to me) way.

The service was not effective as the ants did not disappear.

The company was very accomodating. My coupon was about to expire so they gave me an appoint before expiration. However, they assured me that they would have honored the coupon even after expiration. The representative who did the work was very professional and did not try to sell me additional services.

This turned out perfectly. He came out and found out where the ants were coming from. It was worth the $98 to get rid of them. He did everything inside and out and took his time. There was no smell of any ant poison in the house.

I was greatly disappointed with the inspection provided by All Pest Control. I was a bit surprised having based my interest in this company on the great reviews provided by the Angie's List members. I'm hoping the issue was with the individual/employee/inspector as opposed to the whole company. The inspector was not engaged and appeared to be a novice with the whole inspection process. Though pleasant, he wasn't personable and quick on his toes. He showed up with only a clipboard with my service request attached (which entailed my contractor sighting red ants in the far vent of a room). After a few minutes of him just walking around the room, I asked him if he even had a flashlight to help him search for ants. He responded there was one in his car if I wanted him to go get it. Um-mm...Yes - I do want you to get it for the vent slopes into darkness and it would be helpful in assessing the overall problem. This seemed like inspection 101 to me? Shouldn't have a flashlight on him right away? Ultimately he found no sign of red ants, but his inspection seemed less than thorough and I left our meeting feeling less than confident in being red-ant free. There were no follow-up questions or interest in searching the whole house for other ants or insects. I even suggested he look outside to see if any ants were visibly entering the house from the outside. I was shocked this wasn't automatically done.

The treatment was effective (I think they did have to come out again because it rained if I recall correctly, but that possible return visit is included in the cost). We have scheduled to have them perform the same service this year.

We wanted to head off the spider and ant populations that tend to run rampant in the spring/summer, so we decided to have an exterminator spray the exterior of our home as a preventive measure. We are very happy we chose All Pest Control - they were knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and on time. We will definitely use this company again!
