February 19, 2016 - *Additional information* Our Plumbing Team Manager called on 2/5/16 and left customer a message immediately after receiving this Angie's List Review. We have not heard back from this customer. We keep thorough records of our correspondence with each customer. To ensure we did not miss something, we looked back in our database records and call logs and this is what we find... "[Member Name Removed] called at 7:44am on August 19, 2015. She left a voicemail asking for us to come out that afternoon due to her sink being clogged (she had tried to plunge it, but had no luck). Briana returned the call at 8:06am on August 19, 2015 and left a voicemail for [Member Name Removed] to please call back and schedule with us. Customer did not call back." "We have a recording of the voicemail [Member Name Removed] left and a written record of the voicemail Briana left attached to the customer file." We take negative feedback very seriously and strive to always deliver excellence. At this point, we are not sure what we could have done differently. We attempted to make contact with the customer 22 minutes after the initial call came in (6 minutes after we open). We have not heard back since.
