Stutzman Services has been trusted to serve the Mid-Willamette Valley since 1966. Our plumbing services include: Water heaters, plumbing re-pipes, leak repair, toilets, sinks, tubs and showers, plumbing for remodels, and drain cleaning. Our well water services include: Submersible well pump installation and service, VFD (variable frequency drive) controls for constant pressure, well water treatment and softening, pressure tanks, and well seals. Our irrigation services include: Irrigation maintenance, service and repair, and backflow testing.

Description of Work: I hired Stutzman Services for well pump repair, new house water service hook up and installation of a water treatment system. This company had all the services I needed and sent out qualified people on time. They are not cheap but came highly recommended. I would give them an overall A rating in every category except they are still working on solving a sulphur odor problem after 4 months. My expectation is that they will continue to work on it until I am satisfied.

Description of Work: Workers were professional, polite and punctual. However, they did not come equipped to finish part of the job (they replaced the toilet but were not prepared to do a repair to my kitchen sink faucet) even though I had reminded the office that we wanted both issues addressed. Toilet repair was successful and about the same price as one I had done by Evenflow.Cons: they left a mess in my shower, made me schedule far out to make sure that the person assigned to my job could be there and in the end he wasn't able to make it after all. Basically, they did the job but the customer service side/clean-up was only okay.

The technician that was originally scheduled to serve you was stuck in Eastern Oregon with car trouble. We had to call an audible to get you taken care and we simply did not communicate well enough to the technician reassigned to you. While there is no excuse for this, please be assured that we did not charge you extra for running around to get the correct materials. That is all on us. Description of Work: The first few years in our house our pipes kept freezing. The first year it burst and needed to be fixed. It only cost about $200. I thought it would be way more. The second year it just froze so they got it warmed up and working. That one was less than $50.
