Shane called very shortly after I asked for a quote and came by the same afternoon. That was on Tuesday. He showed up on time Friday and he and his assistant finished the work of Friday, a day before promised. The product is very high quality and the workmanship was excellent. Every plank was cut precisely and securely tapped in place with very tight seams.

Mr Hatch responded immediately to my initial inquiry. He is knowledgeable and experienced but was willing to address any concerns we had and answered all questions no matter how basic or advanced. He and workers treated our home as if it were his own, was timely, prepared appropriately, completed the job to the highest standard and left the job site cleaned and in order. I must add that we had the job completed, with our new flooring in place prior to even getting an email response from other professionals. That turnaround time really makes a difference if you need your living spaces available.
