Both were on time. They worked hard all day removing carpet,preparing the subfloor and installing the the new ,beautiful flooring. Very happy with them and their work ethics and the pricing of the job. I will use them again.

Shane and Laura were friendly and professional and kept their promises. They communicated very well. They adapted to the multiple challenges that sprouted up with our project and worked well with other contractors in our home. Shane came to do an estimate, very professional and personable. He arrived on time to do the flooring, was professional, neat and orderly in the installation, kept everything clean, very pleasant, I felt very relaxed around him, the job was perfect. I have another part of the house that is waiting for flooring after some work is done in that area. I have absolutely no hesitation to hire Shane to finish that part when it is time! Shane was very quick to respond to our request for a quote. Had samples in hand and worked with me to find the right color and style within a day. Got the quote quickly, and Shane and Laura got right to work. The job was done in less than 1-week from first contacting him. Shane and Laura were easy to work with. They did a great job. Cleaned everything up when they were done. They were quick to respond to question and delivered what they promised.

I was really in a mess. I recently lost my husband and the day of his service my dishwasher ruined the kitchen floor. I also run an inhome business and that only added to the problem. I had another installer lined up that had to bail the day of the install. I contacted Shane, he returned my call within an hour and said that he would skip his weekend paddleboard time to help me out. He and Laura came out and to say they went above and beyond doesn't quite cover it. They were prompt on the calls, always staying in touch and showed up on time!!! They worked all day on Sunday and finished a very difficult kitchen/dining room LVP install. They use materials so well, I couldn't believe the small amount left considering all those corner cuts...sorry Laura:) They have integrity and truly care about the quality of their craft. There is just no substitute for experience. It was immediately apparent that there was nothing for me to worry about, that they had this down. Also, they are just sweet people who genuinely went out of their way to help me at a time in my life when a little kindness meant the world to me. I would absolutely refer them to anyone who wants an accurate appraisal, someone to show up on time when they said they would, an exceptional job at a very reasonable price and for a clean house when they leave. I will definitely use them again as we are already planning the next project.

We purchased a 2500 sq ft house and I had the brilliant idea of reflooring all of the common spaces and bedrooms myself with LVP. I figured since I'd done this before in our prior homes all would be well. After demolition and 3 bedrooms, I discovered all was not well and I would not finish in time. Luckily, Shane had some time between projects. He promptly provided me with a fair estimate (the first person in his field I've watched not measure areas that won't be floored to provide an accurate estimate i.e. the kitchen island) and immediately got started. He and Laura finished a solid 2 days before the estimated end date and cleaned up as they went. They're definitely meticulous, clean, and consistent. My dog really liked him - and sometimes that's all the proof you need.

EAsy to talk to, honest, worked diligently and long to finish. Put everything back. Laura took extra efforts to make sure the project was cleaned up. Very glad I got them to do the work.

I am running years late on this review. Shane and Laura did our entire down stairs working over a difficult self flooring job the previous owners did. They were punctual, communicated well and did an amazing job. When we asked for one stair to be corrected they did so quickly and kindly. I had always wished I had shared him as a fantastic flooring contractor. I have reconnected him to get a quote on our upstairs next!

I hired SJH Flooring to take out carpet and replace with Engineered Vinyl. I was so pleased with it that I had them come back and do my stairs.. They are very professional and well organized. They show up on time and they work hard through the whole day with no breaks except to eat lunch. They done such an awesome job! They know their business. Shane, Laura, and Alec are a hard working and detail oriented team. Shane spends the time needed with a customer to answer any questions. He has been in this business for a long time so he avoids the mistakes made by less experienced installers. He provides appropriate oversight to his crew members and they are willing to come to him for direction on issues they might face. In addition he went out of his way to recommend another floor color knowing what we liked and we went with his recommendation. I had been reluctant to jump into a complete flooring job because of the expense of it all and wondering if I would get value for the significant outlays of money. Now the job is complete. I am glad I chose Shane Hatch and would highly recommend him to anyone in my community.
