At Home Furniture & Mattress Superstore

They have an angel, whose name is Michael, call me.  Michael went out of his way on his way home one evening to come by and look at the two pieces in my home and in my lighting  and agreed that they were not the same.  It seems that Blackledge Furniture ordered the wrong piece to start with.  Although this wasn't really At Home Furniture's problem, Michael, again, went out of his way to fix the problem.  I now have a matching table and it is beautiful.  Couldn't be happier

Finding the furniture was easy. We walked right in and were drawn to a dining set that was on sale - perfect! Even though we were already sold, Kathy took the time to demonstrate the leaf, answer any questions, provide us with measurements so we could make sure it would fit in our new dining room before commiting to a sale. Secondly, we knew we wanted to buy a sleeper sofa from American Leather, and as one of the few approved retailers, Kathy spent a great deal of time communicating with the manufacturer for us and making sure we were able to get the best deal with the new design release. She is easy-going and knowlegeable. She follows through with strong communication skills. Some of the other people on the floor are not as thorough, so I suggest dealing with her if possible. Now - delivery. The dining set was delivered just fine and carefully, but one of the doors was damaged before shipping obviously. The delivery guy took pictures and reported it to his manager, although we didn't hear anything in terms of follow up and I had to get back in touch five weeks later. The issue was resolved with a new door. The second delivery of the VERY heavy couch that had a hard time fitting through our old doors didn't go as well. Moving the couch into place resulted in marred door frames and the delivery guys didn't move other furniture back into place, leaving pretty quickly. Gold stars for the store, 50/50 for the delivery guys.
