I wanted to surprised my husband with a garage door opener.. I knew nothing about the process and was leary about who to hire and what garage door opener to get.. I knew immediately when I spoke with Blake that we had our guy! He not only helped me make the decision on which opener to buy but also made the whole process easy! He is patient, prompt, and EFFICIENT! He had everything we asked for upon his arrival , great warranties, cleaned up after he was done, and doesn't rush. very easy to tell he cares about his work.. will most definitely recommend to everyone we know.

Door has not been installed yet, but the customer service and the transparency of Blake as he was explaining everything is what determined my choice. I expect the installation to go well. He is the only service that explained to me that there is no sales tax on installation itself, just on the product. His price was close to the other quotes I had, but I trusted his honesty and attention to detail.

Blake came the very next morning after I called him. My mom needed a new spring for her garage door. I felt like he treated her as if she was his own mom. He was very respectful and honest. He first gave me a quote for a specific spring. He did not have it but was able to substitute one that would do the same thing. Turned out it was $85 cheaper. Impressed he was honest and told me the price change. He could have stayed with previous quote and I would never have known. Very impressed with his service and character. Would recommend him to anyone.
