Mr. Baker repaired/replaced the heating element in our dryer. He was exceptionally professional and we will use him again for any of our appliance repair needs.

I had water in my dishwasher that did not drain out. He was in and out in 10 min. as he determined there was a blockage in the drain line to the garbage disposal. I was able to get this done on my lunch hr with no problem.

We have been using Mr. Baker for years. He is very professional and knowledgable. We do not and will not use anyone else till he retires.

Our dishwasher soap dispenser broke and would not stay closed for the first rinse. I gave him the Model and Serial Numbers. He said it would take two days to get the parts and estimated the cost at $200. Two days later he called to let us know the part was in and he said he could do the job the next day. We agreed. He did an excellent job, was very professional, and is a very nice individual. We have used him in the past for refridgerator work (twice) and will certainly call on him again when needed.

Job went very well. Larry at Baker Appliance was very professional and was great at keeping updated on ordered parts and arrival time. I will definitely recommend him to any one that needs prompt, professional appliance repair.

Arrived on time and was polite and professional. Also recommended complete dryer vent cleaning to prevent heating element from going out again.

They were really good and the man, the worker that they send out was very knowledgeable and he explained a lot of stuff to us. We appreciated that. He just charged us for the part the second day. It was nice.

When another appliance service failed to keep their appointments, I called Baker's Appliance Service on Thursday morning, April 25, 2013. Larry Baker asked what make of appliance and how old it was. When I told him Samsung, he said he did not carry parts for Samsung normally and would like to have them on hand when he made the service call. He said he could order them but it would probably be Monday before they came in. I said that was OK. He then called later that day and said he had found some parts and he could come out that day which he did. He had the parts necessary and repaired my dryer. He was very professional and responsive and I definitely would call him again.

Our ice maker quit working and I contacted Mr. Baker to schedule a service call. He could have provided same-day service, but we arranged for first thing the next morning, which better fit my schedule. Mr. Baker arrived as scheduled and provided quick and courteous service. I would definitely use him again.

He is an outstanding repairman. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I think his prices are fair.
