I’m very happy that we were able to get your yard cleaned just a few days before Easter last year so you could have a safe and clean egg hunt for your family :-) I’m sorry for when we haven’t been punctual in our communication and/or service! All of our customers, including yourself, are set up on recurring visits that occur on a regular schedule (every-other-Thursday, in your case), and I don’t know when it may have happened that your service wasn’t completed on time (weather-permitting). Furthermore, looking back through my notes, I can't find any records of when you contacted us regarding untimely or unsatisfactory service. In any case, we do have a 100% unconditional satisfaction guarantee and I welcome any and all feedback that allows us to improve our service and stay on top of problems before they arise. It's only thanks to dedicated and pro-active customers such as yourself that we've been able to continually improve our service for the past 6 years!
