"We are very appreciative of this review and thank you for sending this. For our Oklahoma clients who are surprised to be seeing a Massachusetts review about us, I wanted to explain. When Boston had a terrible blizzard in 2015, one insurance company asked us if we could send some personnel to help their clients. Many needed help urgently, especially with ice dams and other water damage issues. We normally stay in Eastern Oklahoma to be ready to assist our local clients. In this case, however, we sent 2 of our of technicians up there to help, and these reviews are from clients in that area."
"Thank you for this review. Since we do not work in Idaho, we think this review may have come from a family we helped recently. If so, they had a water loss occur 3 weeks before they were supposed to move to the Northwestern U.S. They had a contract on the house and needed the mitigation and repairs completed before they left, so the house would be ready for the new owners. We were glad to be able to help them get this done."
I received a follow-up call from Tim, at the Paul Davis Restoration office, to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. It was.
A really first-class job. We highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration.
