Two men showed up when expected. They got busy right away and seemed very efficient as it did not take a long time (less than an hour overall). They had the parts I needed in stock in their truck (three valve stops and a 3/8th extension T). They were courteous and eager to do whatever was needed. I will definitely use them again if I need plumbing work.

They came on time, flushed out the old system, leaving for lunch and another job while it was draining. Returned and finished the job within the same afternoon. Prompt, professional, friendly.

One Way plumbing responded to my call quickly and performed services without wasting time. My repair was to a toilet and tub faucet. I would use them again.

Called them. Got an appointment very quickly. They were very timely, efficient, professional, and extremely nice. They fixed eveything and we are very, very pleased with their good work. I will certainly use this company again for any plumbing needs.

Washing machine drain was leaking under the floor, not inside the house. We thought there would be a slab leak. The drain pipe that the washing machine hose connects too has vented slots where water was overflowing the drain and down the inside of wall and under the utiltiy room floor. We did not have a leak or broken pipe, just needed to call a drain cleaning company to clear the lines. In the initial call, the company discussed the problem and thought there could be a plugged line. They were upfront in saying they did not clean drains. I had them come out anyway in anticipation of a broken pipe in the slab. They assessed the problem and showed me the signs of a plugged line (gurgling in the sink). We called a drain cleaning company and the problem was solved. I will use this company again.

After moving into our new home, we quickly found out that our guest bathroom had a major repair issue after turning on the shower and water started to pour out of the adjacent wall electrical outlet. Not knowing a good plumber to call, I recalled hearing great things about trustworthy service providers and companies from Angieslist.com. I purchased the member ship and I was off an away searching for a plumbers. I found Oneway plumbing had great reviews and also offered lower prices and a $5 coupon. I contacted them and scheduled the service call. They came out this morning and repaired all three issues that I had and did a FANTASTIC job. I would recommend them to family and friends and I wouldn't hesitate to utilize them again.

Gary Don (plumber) called 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time to say he would be late. I would have preferred a call earlier, but at least he called. Gary Don is very competent and through. I felt he was careful to give consideration to what really needed to be done and replaced rather than try to pad the work/bill. He is attentive to small details including cleaning up at the end. I would highly recommend Gary Don and One Way Plumbing.

Gas water heater broke last night. Called Chad this morning based on reviews read here. He did not disappoint. He was here by 1:00 pm with the new unit, installed with all the extras, took away old unit, and we had hot water by 3:00 pm. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He's very personable and down to earth ... and Yes .. he does wear a belt! :)

They were very professional and explained what and how the installation needed to be done.

I called One Way Plumbing to discuss information & get a rough estimate concerning converting a current water heater to a tankless water heater system. I spoke with Chad who was very professional & helpful. Chad discussed my current water heater situation, my conversion wants, and reviewed the pros & cons of a tankless system for my current setup. After discussing the conversion with Chad he determined that a tankless system would not be an economic nor efficient conversion for my situtation. I was very happy to hear that staying with my current system would be more economical thatn converting to a tankless system. He saved me a lot of time, effort, and potential heartache!

I have used One-Way plumbing for several years so they are the only company I contacted for this job, done in conjunction with installation of granite counters. The plumber and helper who did this job, coordinated over three days, were punctual, courteous to a fault and, most importantly, highly skilled.

It went great. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient.

The job was scheduled for noon and he called at 11:15. He was very polite and started in immediately. He didn't waste any time and explained why he would have to change out the cutoff valve. His assistant arrived later and he was also very polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

Chad gave me a proposal on the spot. It seemed high, but I thought he was going to trace all lines and make sure there were no uncapped/plugged lines. He later told me that he had not. I have since found 2 lines that needed plugs. It would have been very easy to have seen and addressed those. I will do it myself. Not a big deal. He had to mill some lines to accommodate a custom length. He left the oily pile of shavings on my driveway. Not a big deal. There was an instance where I needed to talk with them and rather than recognize me as I stood there patiently, they continued to talk about another issue on another job for about 20 minutes after I walked off. I found it rude and unprofessional. I'm positive I can find someone less expensive and more professional.

Provided a phone estimate. Arrived on time. Completed in a timely, professional manner. Ran into a snag as a water line burst (not Chad's fault), but he repaired promptly. Very well done and without doubt I'd use him again.

The man arrived right on time and took off his shoes as he entered. He got right to work and emptied out our cleaning supplies under the sink. He was polite and even interacted with my 2 year old. He finished the job in about an hour and cleaned up after himself.

When I called One Way out based upon the Angie's list rating I told them I had 3 things that I needed to be looked at but one was an immediate issue. They made an appointment for the following day. The appointment was for noon. At exactly noon the representative called and indicated he was running late but would be there by 1pm. At 1:05pm he called again stating he was on his way and would be there within 15minutes which he was. My immediate issue was the gas leak which he resolved. He also looked at a gas log fire insert and advised that we acquire a new unit. The third item was an estimate outside to run a gas line to a new fire pit. I will use One Way for installation of both the new insert and the new gas line outside within the next 3 months.

I called several companies for estimates but was really punting since I had no references or referalls. I decided to use Angie's List. Smart Move!!! One Way Plumbing had very high reviews so I call them for an estimate. Their quote was anywhere from $50 to $500 less than others I spoke to for the same water heater. The higher estimates were telling me that I had to do some "things" to get me up to code. While I did need a couple of things, One Way Plumbing included the pan, drain pipe and release valve pipe in their cost. The guy was quick, professional and actually placed my new water heater more advantageously for me to reach the water turn-off. They were able to come out the next day and when they were running a little behind on the appointment time, they kindly called to let me know they were going to be about 30 minutes late. When was the last time someone bothered to let you know??? Never!! So nice. I can't rave long enough and loud enough about how great One Way Plumbing the the gentleman who did the installation were. I've found my new plumber!!

I noticed that my water bill had tripled over a couple of months and realized I must have a water leak somewhere. I used Angie's List and found One-Way Plumbing to be the top-rated plumber. When I called, Chad was very friendly and was able to come right over. It turned out it WAS a leak in my old pipes and we needed to replace the pipe from my house to the city water line...ugh! Chad and his crew were quick and responsive and thoughtful as they took out the old pipe, rerouted it from the main line to another area that would be better, and then covered their tracks (litterally...with dirt and sod). It was like they were never there and the water bill was back to normal.I have used Chad and One-Way several times since then on more mundane plumbing jobs - toilets that ran too much, replacing a dryer vent and hose, installing a garbage disposal and capping off an unsed pipe with a leak. They are priced just right and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them to everyone...and HAVE recommended them to several of my friends!
