The plumber showed up and repaired the leak on the toilet and then came back for another visit with the faucet for the laundry room. He did everything well, but was very slow and took 1.5 hours for something that probably should have taken half that long. The good news is everything works like it should, but at $85/hr you can't afford to not be working as fast as possible. Overall, if you need a job well done, these guys can do it, but you'll pay.
Description of Work: Repair a leak on a toilet, replace a laundry room utility faucet, and replace washers in bathroom faucet.

I got their number on a Saturday night and called them and they showed right up at midnight to look at it and then came out the following Monday to put the water heater in. They were prompt. I had the inspector come out and check it afterwards and he said they did a good job, as well.
Description of Work: They replaced a water heater for me.

We called them based on a recommendation from a friend. Over they phone they gave us the price for a standard service call (plus parts). The plumber showed up on time, took a look at the problem, and started working. The "problem" was that as he continued to work, it became evident that he was going good things, but it was taking longer than what would normally be expected from a standard service call. He mentioned specifically what he was doing but never communicated if, or how, this might affect the bill and the person with him at the house didn't ask. Just as he was almost done he mentioned that it was going to be about 3 times the price of a typical service call. In the end though, the owner of the company make a very fast decision to "make it right". I have to say, I was very impressed by his willingness to do what he did as quickly as he did. It quickly changed my mood and demeanor and made me feel better about having called them out. In the end, the workmanship seems good, the plumber himself was polite and professional. My main complaint was the lack of communication in what the job would actually entail and what it would cost (would like to have the option to say no or do something else) but in the end, they made it right. If/when we need a plumber again, I would be inclined to call them but would just make sure we had a better discussion in the beginning.
Description of Work: We had a pedestal sink that was leaking from the drain area.
