I had the cleaning scheduled for a move out deep clean through handy.com which was prepaid. The “pro” didn’t show and I was given no advance notice. Handy dies not provide a phone and only communicates via email which I realize now is a major issue. They weren’t able to reschedule for several days and this put me in a huge time bind but they didn’t care or try to help; they offered me a ridiculous $10 credit for my next service after this one. I requested confirmation that they would be there and they promised the job would be done. Well guess what, they no-showed again. I had to scramble and pay another company a rush fee to get it done so I could get my move out completed. They have promised they processed a refund but we will see if I have to contact them again. Terrible company, horrible customer service, undependable and unprofessional!!! I strongly encourage they be avoided to save your sanity and get your job completed.
