The Home Depot

Everything was pretty positive other than some measurements were misdone on one of the windows. When they came to install, one didn't fit properly so we had to wait a few weeks for that one to be finished. They were professional and they did the work properly. I didn't know what all the options were regarding the price. They showed up when they said they would.

I go there all the time. They are like my daddy store, because I can’t go up there just for one thing and I go up there for hours, like how my wife would go to look for a purse. I go there on a day long shopping trip and I love the home depot. I went up there this morning, because I wanted to get my lawn mowed before it got hot, but my lawn mower starter rope broke, so I went in to get a starter rope. They prices are good. They are top notch and are the absolute best. I will probably be back there again this afternoon.

They first came and gave me an estimate of $2200.00, and said they could knock that down. They came back the next day and said they could use another cost effective material. The man who came out was very kind. They had a lot of paper work which was discouraging at first, but then he explained it was for my safety and warrantee protection.  The gentleman excused himself so me and my daughter could speak about the project. I have paid the 20% deposit.

We didn't get what we really needed, and they still don't have it.  I would suggest people try else where.  The workers are nice, and it's not their fault they don't have what we need.  They know their stuff,  they just know they don't have it. I have to go back there because it's local.  They won't take special orders on less expensive items.

I didn't work with Home Depot locally.  They had me go to the national call center.  Their sub-contractors were really good.  Overall, it was wonderful.  They were very professional.  They were thorough, clean, competent, and knowledgeable.
