Was very pleased with Scott. We scheduled the appointment and because of the project ahead of me that day going longer we had to reschedule. He called several times and informed me that he wouldn't make it so we rescheduled. I was grateful he didn't leave us up in the air. When he came to do the work he was very personable and did a great job. Gave us tips to keep the carpet looking good and even did some repair work that was needed for a small add-on. Will definitely use again and highly recommend him.

Scott returned my call promptly and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and gave a reasonable estimate and then quickly repaired the carpet on my stairs that a puppy had chewed through. Carpet looks as good as ever. Very pleased with the whole experience

Scott came by to give an estimate and offered to do the service the exact same day. The price was very reasonable and he was very helpful and professional. He was able to do some very impressive work on some very difficult stains. I'd definitely use him again.

I called Scott on Wednesday and he was at my house earlier than scheduled (a good thing) the next day. He does not move heavy furniture but will move light things like a bench or rocking chair. He works hard and efficiently and does a very good job. I will use him again.

I found Scott on Angies List, gave him a call for an estimate. He gladly met with me on a Saturday morning (to fit my schedule), looked at my carpet, gave me some pointers as far as do's and dont's, measured my rooms, gave me an estimate and set an appointment to do the work. He was right on time, began the pre-treatment, hooked up his equipment and went to work. Took him about an hour, non-stop. When he was done the carpet looked better than I have ever seen it. Wonderful job. Two to three hours later my furniture was back in and everything back to normal. This guy is very professional and "knows his stuff" !

Called for cleaning and Scott (owner) responded immediately. When he arrived, I asked about a small repair which he bid and performed on the spot. Scott is highly competent and obviously experienced. I could not recommend SLP Carpet Cleaning and Repair more highly.

I called SLP to schedule an appointment for an estimate. I left a voicemail message. Within 24 hours, Scot had called me back and we had set up a time for him to come by and look at the carpet. He was very polite and professional, and explained to me what he would have to do. Less than a week later, he contacted me to see if I wanted to schedule for the upcoming weekend. After thinking it over, I decided that his cost was VERY reasonable (compared to re-carpeting the entire house). So we set it up to be done in 2 days, on a Fri and Sat. He called me ahead of time each morning to let me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly and went straight to work. He finished half of my house in 3-4 hours the first day, and the remaining half in 3-4 hours the second day - just as he had indicated when he gave me the estimate. Each day Scot was always very pleasant and was working hard to get the job done, and get it done right. By the end of the first day, I was already raving about the work he did - telling my friends about it. I am extremely pleased with the work Scot did, the quality and the timeliness. I will absolutely use him again the next time my carpets need to be cleaned, and will continue to pass along to friends and family that Scot from SLP is the way to go. He takes great pride in his work! Thank you Scot!!!

I was very well pleased with the work and the results. He worked me in on a Saturday afternoon. He arrived as expected and went to work immediately. First he repaired the damage, so that it is almost invisible. Then he vacuumed everything. After that, he began cleaning, after warning that some of the stains might not come up. Fortunately, almost all the stains came up, except for one place where previous attempts at stain removal caused some bleaching. I've had many carpet cleaning companies over the years, but never had one better than SLP. I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone.

The quote was initially $109 Big Deal off of angie's list coupon. The work included carpet cleaning for the three bedroom and living area. There is a small hallway that links the three bedrooms together that was considered as a sperate area, and I got charged an additional $30 for it, which is fair. Sam, Melvin and Norman did a great job on the house. The carpet definitely need to be cleaned, and the results were absolutely great!

Scott was professional. friendly and knowledgable. We had our carpet stretched as well as cleaned and we are very pleased with this service and have already recommended this service to friends. We are planning to call again in the future! Our carped looks new!!

Scott was very professional and very responsive - top notch in all respects. I had him do some carpet stretching / re-fitting in several areas as well as complete steam clean. His price was less than half of one of the leading carpet companies in town, and he was able to complete the work the next business day - exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely use him again. When I spotted an area that I thought needed rework, he was very cordial in servicing my request.

It went great! Scott said he would be there at a certain time and he was. He gave me an estimate for the amount of time it would take, and he was right on that. The carpet looks great; you cannot tell that there was ever a problem. I was very pleased.

I found Scot through Angie's List and called him about 9am and left a message. He called me back within 15 minutes and I described the small repairs we needed. While this was certainly not an emergency, he said he could come by as soon as he finished another job in NW Oklahoma City. I asked about price and he said that a typical doorway repair may be a minimum of $40, but he would need to see it -- which was fine with me. Within about three hours he called to say he was finished and would head my way, showing up about noon. After looking at the carpet, he determined that in addition to the repairs the carpet needed to be pulled up, stretched in several different directions and reinstalled along the edges that needed the repairs. As he explained it, I fully agreed with his assessment. We also discussed some carpet cleaning I had just done and how his carpet cleaning could resolve a few issues I hadn't been able to fully address with my home cleaner -- so we added his cleaning on for another $60. In all, he did the three repairs and cleaned the carpet for $200. He completed everything in less than 3 hours and it looks great! The carpet is stretched smooth, neatly installed with trim edges, and looks nearly new. Just a note -- SLP is Scot Seekings, a one-man operation. In my discussions with Scot, he does carpet cleaning, stretching and repair. He does not generally do new carpet installation. If you're looking for carpet cleaning, stretching or repair, we can highly recommend SLP / Scot Seekings.

Scot was very professional in every way. He was knowledgeable about every aspect of carpet laying and cleaning, having been a new carpet installer earlier in his career. He explained why we had stretching problems in each case, sometimes either due to too much carpet, or too little, being tacked down. He said if carpet is installed correctly, stretching shouldn't occur. He was very pleasant and professional as he went about his work. He completed the work on time, in one day, and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with the stretching and cleaning, which utilized a steam method done by running a hose from his truck, connected to our outside water hose and emptying into a container within his truck. Truck mount machines can heat water to its boiling point of 212 degrees Fahrenheit and are the strongest and most powerful cleaning equipment available, much more effective than the homeowner can do. Our carpets looked like new when he finished. We will use him in the future when we have our other carpets cleaned.
