excellent job. very happy. wish I had done this sooner!!

Major concerns with this company: 1. Following agreed upon terms. They seem to do what they deem best even if it is expressly against what the homeowner has told them. 2. Pets. We have had multiple incidents with the cleaning people and our pets. Two to be specific, one where they left our miniature dachshund outside after they left in January, and the second would be this last Wednesday 3. Unprofessional. We had a few issues with this company and our pets as well as specific agreements that had been made prior to them arriving at our house. The first time there was an issue they were very apologetic. This last Wednesday we asked the owner of the company to please not clean or enter a back bedroom, as well as to leave the animals alone that were in it, one of them was injured and did not need to come out of his crate as he might further injure himself. We received confirmation from the owner that this would not happen. Low and behold when we check our security features there is our dog being taken outside against our agreement and orders. When we call with our concern we are met with hostility and anger. A simple apology would have defused the situation, however the owner decided to argue. We then put our reviews on different sites so that people could understand our frustrations and concerns that we have with this company that we had used. Our original review: “Apparently communication and direction is impossible with this "company". I had to request our master shower be cleaned on multiple occasions and their dusting skills are a joke. The crew refused to use our vacuum instead their own after our requests. They let our dogs outside without permission one day and then left our miniature dachshund outside in January to nearly freeze to death after they left our house! Then on top of that I specifically told them to stay out of our back bedrooms because our other dog was hurt and crated. They not only went into the bedrooms against our direction, they let our hurt dog out of his crate and out in our backyard to get hurt further!!! DO NOT allow these idiots into your home! Not only will your house not get cleaned, they put your family in danger.” Once the review went up, the owner then threatened us with a lawyer and cease and desist order. So we added the following to the review: “After the owner, Amy, read this review she text me several times threatening to sue me and file a cease and desist. Apparently she isn't familiar with freedom of speech. We have security video and printed conversations to prove everything that happened. I had to block her number to get her to stop coming after me.” King’s then responded with: "There are 4 complete lies in this review, which is why I will file a cease and desist. Of course you have freedom of speech, but you can't completely make up lies about a company and post them online without a company protecting themselves. I responded to your review and did not continue coming after you. You had a very great experience with our company, which is why you continued to use our company for so long. The only mistake we made, which, I'm more than happy to admit, is we let your dog out, and stayed with him or her, while it went to the bathroom. NO harm was done and you know that. Both times we let your dog out was because it seemed urgent for your dog to do so and, as animal lovers ourselves, we were trying to do the right thing. The initial time we let your dog out, was an unusually warm day for January, and you know that too. Your dog was not left in the freezing weather. You were upset at the idea that it could have been freezing that day. I sent a gift to your dog the following day, to apologize, but I don't see that you've mentioned that. Again, we will own up to any wrongdoing on our end, but I won't tolerate someone lying about our company." Not only did she own up to the major concerns that I have listed, she delusionally expected a positive and enjoyable review.

See above...can't say enough good things.

I called King's Green Cleaning at 4pm on Thursday May 5th, left a message and they called my back by 9 am the next day. After speaking with Amy and going over all they do in a home and the pricing details me and my wife decided to set up the appointment for Monday the 16th. She called me on Friday the 13th to verify the appointment and make sure we still wanted them to come and clean. We had never had professional cleaning done on our home before and were a little concerned as to whether or not out home would actually be cleaned to our likings for having to pay for it. Let me tell you, when we got home from work and saw the finished product we were VERY pleased. We ran our fingers across everything from the blinds to tops of picture frames even the tops of our tvs that are mounted on the walls and inside the globes on our light fixtures. Everything was clean and looked absolutel great!!! Amy told us when we were setting up the appointment that a home our size would typically take 2 people 4 hours to clean and that if it took longer she would call us and we would have the option to have them stay and clean or call it good. She called when her employees went to lunch and said that they were having problems getting all our hard water spots off everything. We have a well, lived here for 8 years, and just recently put in a water softener so the calcium build up has been there for a while. We told her not to worry about that so they were done at that point. I would absolutely use King's Green Cleaning again if the need ever arose again. The only reason we did this time was because we are having approx. 100 people to our house for a graduation this weekend and have run out of time. King's Green Cleaning did a fabulous job and would recommend them to anyone needing a good cleaning!! Thanks Amy for a great Job!!!!

Excellent job- close attention to detail

Two maids arrived at our house at the scheduled time. They were both polite, courteous, respectful, and FAST! They did a fantastic job with our little house and the two of them got almost everything that we needed done in those two hours. It was a great experience, and now I'm scheduling regular service with them! And we love that all of their products are earth-friendly!

I arranged to have them come out in December. We had had an ice storm, and I didn't have electricity at my house for over a week, and they came out the following Monday. I wasn't at home to take care of my dogs because I was out running around trying to take care of my electricity and they went to the house. The house wasn't really that bad, but not long after two women arrived from the agency, the boss came and said that I had to clean up after the pets and do some other cleaning before they cleaned my house. This was advertised as a deep clean. I don't have a high opinion of them. I tried to explain to them, but she didn't seem interested. I had been overwhelmed, I was exhausted after not having any heat or electricity for a week, and she didn't seem to care. They were there for 20 minutes most. They didn't do anything. They did show up.

There were two people. It was a personal referral. I would use them in the future. They use all green products.

They still come every other week. They are amazing and I don't know what I would do without them. We just moved to a bigger house that is 5600 feet, so it cost more. I had surgery and they have come in extra times to help. They have provided references for other companies that do things that they don't do. It was nice of them to do that. They recommended a window washing service, they have good contacts for stuff that they can't perform. I am so thankful every time they come. They are using a higher quality product. They are very detailed, I can leave a list of specific things done, and they will do it. I haven't had any problems. They will immediately text me or email me if I have any questions. They don't have a set time, we have a set day though and they come when they are done with their previous house.

I've never hired a house cleaner service before but I expected much more. What they did do seemed clean enough but they left obvious dirty areas. Especially glass. Had to ask them to clean the glass storm door on their way out. Big mirror over the main vanity...not cleaned well. Bath tub/shower area still had cleaner residue on the front of the tub. They did ok in the kitchen and the wood floors (still missed some areas), but we had the house pretty well cleaned before they arrived. They used my new bottle of stainless appliance cleaner and left with it...probably by accident. It just felt like they couldn't wait to leave and the minute their 2 hours were up they were out the door. No hard feelings but I'll not use them again. I believe I can get someone in my neighborhood that will do more work for the same money. To each his own...

It went very well. My goal was to get 3 rooms cleaned in the time allow, and they worked very quickly but very thoroughly. In the end, they nearly cleaned the entire house.

I had two very professional ladies clean my entire home in two hours. I was completely satisfied, and I will be using this service again.

When they get to my house they start work immediately without me having to tell them what to do. They work fast but efficiently. Very pleasant to have in my home. If I have special directions for the week I get in touch with Amy King and she will inform them before they even get here. When they leave my home looks awesome. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know. I love that they are Green friendly.

The communication is always wonderful from this company. I couldn't be happier with the service they provide. You will not go wrong with using King's Green Cleaning. They have super sweet employees and the owner is very attentive to the needs of each client.

I purchased the "$125.99 for 4 Hours of Housecleaning" coupon. Via message on AngiesList.com someone reached out to me almost immediately to schedule the cleaning, and the date and time was confirmed by phone call. Two ladies arrived within the designated time frame they gave us. They cleaned for two hours, and asked us which areas we would like them to focus on. The remaining rooms they spot cleaned with the time they had left. Dusted base boards, ceiling fans, wiped down counters/shelves, vacuumed rugs, mopped floors. Thoroughly cleaned our master bath. All in all did a great job, were very nice, friendly, and professional. We plan to schedule regular cleanings with them! I am told the same "supervisor" will come to our house each time, and we appreciate that the same "team" of ladies will be the ones to clean our house instead of it being a different group each time. We have a dog also and they do not have a problem with pets.

I'm still waiting for the promised phone call ! Three weeks. Granted, I am relocating from a different geographic area of the U.S. My experience is that companies respond to customers' inquiries, whether the inquiry is via internet or telephone; whether the response is affirmative or negative. I am learning through experience that OKC in general is not as tech- nor consumer-responsive as the region I left. Yet, I expect to receive a telephone call, when I am advised that I will receive a call. My review of this company is strictly the absence of customer service. I have no idea how this company cleans homes.

Amy went out of her way to fit our home into her busy schedule. The cleaners arrived on time and cleaned the house very well. We would have no problems recommending them to others. Thanks Amy!

Jennifer and Kim were on time and all smiles. They needed very little direction, did a good job, and put in their full two hours. I would be happy to have this team work for me agin in the future.

I can't say enough good things about this company! The owner has always been very responsive and courteous. The girls that come and clean are very thorough and professional. I couldn't be happier with the service I receive from King's Green Cleaning. Keep up the good work guys!!!

The cleaners were on time, professional and very nice. I had no reservations letting them into my home and would use them again. My house hadn't been dusted in a long time and while it was clean, it wasn't CLEAN if you know what I mean. When the folks from Kings left it was CLEAN. I purchased 6 hours of time and two cleaners showed up and worked for 3 hours. I had never used a cleaning service so I really didn't know how long I needed for them to clean the whole house. They asked what was most important to get done and they started there and began working down the list. The ladies worked non-stop for the 3 hours. I'm now considering having my house cleaned on a regular basis because of how happy I was with the service from King's.

The rent house was very dirty and knowing that they could not clean everything in 3 hours I specified what I wanted cleaned. They ended up cleaning what I told them to not bother with and so did not have time to clean what I told them to. They did clean the bathrooms and a little of the kitchen but none of the tile floors in those areas. I was not satisfied with the job done or the price I paid.

King's was very responsive and scheduled my service right away. They were also flexible -- we had them clean an empty house before we moved in, and so we didn't need the floors cleaned because we were about to dirty them up moving in furniture and boxes, so they we traded their standard floor service for interior window cleaning instead. They did a great job getting all of our drawers and cabinets cleaned out, plus the regular stuff like getting the bathrooms and kitchens clean. They had some extra time, and so they ran the vacuum on our carpets and swept our hardwood and tile floors as well. Good customer service, quick scheduling and quality cleaning work.

Kings Green Cleaning has been cleaning my home bi-weekly for approximately 3 months. I wanted a cleaning service that would arrive with at least two workers that would be able to clean my downstairs area in a couple of hours. They have accomplished this very well. Most weeks there have been three staff members, but never less than two. They text me when they are on their way to my home so I know when they will be arriving. The cleaning has been very good and it is twice as good as the job I was doing when trying to clean my home myself. Most weeks they have completed their work in about an hour and a half. They get to work immediately upon arrival and they work continuously until they are finished. Notes were made at the initial consultation about items that they needed to be aware of (i.e.two of my tables cannot have wet products applied) and so far there has been no problem with that. I had tried finding housecleaning in the past, mainly by word of mouth. Usually those referred to me were self-employed, worked alone and were somewhat unreliable, both with the day and time of arrival. I wasn't sure I would like going with a professional company, but I love it. Kings Green Cleaning is a real business and conducts their business professionally. Each week a supervisor arrives with the crew. They try to schedule the same supervisor to your home each time they are scheduled to clean. The supervisor knows the ins and outs of what needs to be done in your home and so far I have had the same supervisor. Sometimes the crew may be slightly different, but with a regular supervisor you get consistent housecleaning for your home. I am very happy with this business.

The cleaning crew arrived on time, greeted me warmly and introduced themselves. We spent a few minutes going over what i needed done and they went right to it.
