Can't say enough about these ladies. They do a wonderful job taking care of the trouble spots in my house.

They were pretty good! It was a little expensive, but I would probably use them, again.

The 3 women who cleaned my house were right on time and were so pleasant and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and knew just what to do. I had left some special instructions and they were completed just as I wanted. I am so glad they are using non-toxic cleaning products because I have two dogs. They were very dog friendly! This was my first cleaning, so I was provided with an estimate of the cost. When the cleaning was completed, the supervisor of the 3 women gave me the cost based on exactly the amount of time they were cleaning. The price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use King's Green Cleaning again. I am a very busy person and it was so relaxing to come home to a clean house!

I was asked what I wanted concentrated on becasue I had purchased a specfic amount of time. I explained that the master bath was my first concern and then dusting were my major concerns. They did go into several rooms but not one was what I would consider clean when they were done. The master bath had a hair in the tub. The floor in the bathroom had trash on the floor when I inquired they said it came out of the drawer when they were cleaning. I had no personal belongings in the areas they were cleaning so all trash should have been removed. I was unhappy and I don't feel I got what I paid for.

Went well for a while, then they dropped the ball contacting me back. Happened multiple times, so I'm done. Puzzled and so disappointed because they work well when they clean.

To get ready for the Holidays, I requested that the oven and the refrigerator get a good cleaning, and they did a fantastic job. They took out everything in the refrigerator and 4-Cornered the entire refrigerator and the oven. This service is well worth it.

In the beginning great! They came and did an appraisal then gave the estimate. bi-weekly service with 3 people about an hour and a half for $165 each cleaning. We started service and all checklist items on website and proposal were performed as satisfied. However, over time they cut the staff and magically performed all the same work minus a 3rd of the workforce in an hour and a half each week; then magically they got it done in an hour. Now if that were true you'd think the fee would reduce...nope! Well, were they getting more efficient? Not really. In fact, we would call them back out to do things they missed when we noticed. Truth is though when you have cleaning this regular it's hard to say what they skipped out on. Sometimes you'd notice but you weren't real sure. All in all staff and owner were pleasant and dependable so we continued despite these things. Then we asked for a deep cleaning after we'd been gone for a few months. What a fiasco. All I can say is from top to bottom the ethics and quality of service plummeted. Even to the point of the owner getting confrontational and accusing the 2 year faithful client of lying to get a deal on the deep clean. The truth is they never finished, never came back, used a 1 day snowstorm as an excuse to keep us in the lurch for a week. Even when presented with pictures as proof of their shortcomings the owner simply dug into false positions despite her staff being caught in a lie. This was disconcerting. I understand sticking up for long term employees, but it makes you look complicit when continually being faced with proof to the contrary. Having worked with them before I'd chalk it up to an owner being in an 'over their head' position. Backlog piling up and they snapped. That being said I'd recommend a different green cleaning service that really showed good business sense. There are others out there I have recently found. But if you choose to give this one a chance; keep your written proof of the promises in the original estimate, and double check all they say they do with a checklist. If not happy withhold the payment and move on because the owner just isn't worth the headache until current business practices change. Customer is never right here even if proof proves otherwise...and staying professional is not the goal either customer service wise. Wish I could bifurcate ratings into 1st year and subsequent years on long term service contracts. They'd be 'A' that first year and the rating they are in subsequent years would be what I've given them now. I'm sure most customer who reviewed them already wish the same with these types of long term services. Like all things in life things do change over time.

The crew (3 personnel) is efficient and meticulous, which was important because I had family coming in town for Thanksgiving.

Contacted King's Green Cleaning and immediately got an appointment for an estimate. Owner explained how her company was set up and exactly what to expect from our initial deep clean. I was impressed with her business model and was absolutely thrilled with the results. Total cost came back under estimate, and I got a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the service. So happy to have found this company and really looking forward to being a regular customer. It feels so good to come home to a clean house!

Liz is the team leader, and she directed her two co-workers (Mayra and Veronica) on what areas needed to be done. They were very efficient and extremely thorough. Liz definitely does not believe in cutting corners. They will clean your house thoroughly in a timely manner. Liz also estimated that if they come out every couple of weeks, I would be looking at 4 man hours per visit in a 2500 sq foot home. I have them on my schedule to come out again.

Terrible. I booked this company based on an Angie's List special price of $165 for six hours of cleaning instead of their normal $210 price. When I booked, I was the only one booked for that day and it was going to be 2 people for 3 hours. I got a call that week saying that they were unable to fulfill the three hours they had promised, they could only do two hours. I asked why this happened when I was the first to book and they didn't have a good answer. I made it clear that I was not happy. Friday comes and 3 people actually show up to work for 2 hours, which is good. I told them that the most important things to me were cleaning the kitchen floor - a 5x7 space and cleaning two small bathrooms, including washing the floors. I said it wasn't necessary to clean the tub in the second bathroom. I said it wasn't necessary to clean the adjacent dining area in the kitchen. I asked them to wipe out the refrigerator which is normal sized and had hardly anything in it. I was told they didn't do that but I had discussed it with the owner before the appointment and she said it would be fine. Then, there was my 16x20 living room with a 3 shelf glass entertainment unit, a mantle and two end tables, along with the couch, love seat and cloth ottoman. After two hours, the kitchen counters - all 12 feet of them - were cleaned, the living room was cleaned except the furniture wasn't vacuumed, including a pillow where it was obvious my cat likes to hang out. The blinds were wiped down while they were closed - each slat wasn't cleaned. The refrigerator, not the freezer (which I didn't ask for) was cleaned. One bathroom was done. NOT DONE: Two of the three things I said were the most important to me: the kitchen floor and the second bathroom. I complained and was told that I got a discounted price - they tried to charge me the full price first. Then I was told it was a first-time cleaning so it was thorough. I have had thorough cleanings before of more of my house than they cleaned it took one woman 5 hours to clean the whole house. My eleven year old son and I can do what they did in about 1 1/2 to 2 hours and that includes cleaning both bathrooms, mopping the floors and washing the windows. They knew I have been very sick for a few months and even hospitalized and really needed this service. And I got VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE. I will never use them again.

3 people spent 3 hours on the job. They arrived early. The transformation was pretty spectacular. I did not know how pretty the kitchen floor was. The counters are no longer scary. Also, they helped me find and coordinate a carpet cleaner. Which was totally above and beyond!

I would highly recommend! I have been using King's Green Cleaning weekly for the last 3 months. They do an excellent job! Highly professional and very NICE!!! Great job girls!!!

Amy came by the house to provide an estimate. We had a pleasant visit and liked the service she described and the estimated cost. The following Monday her crew showed up (one supervisor and two crew members). Completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Cleaned the shower/tub, and the kitchen floor. They did an excellent job. Looking forward to continuing the service.

I have used King's Green Cleaning since December 2012. I appreciate Amy's professionalism; her concern for her clients, staff, and the environment; and the use of environmentally friendly cleaning products. Most cleanings are provided without issues. The rare times there have been problems, Amy has responded promptly and offered a satisfactory solution. It is always a pleasure to enter my sparkling home after a cleaning. Usually there are 3 women to clean our 1100 square foot apartment. They can go through and have the whole thing done in less than an hour, And they are very thorough. It looks great when they are finished. My husband is handicapped and when he isn't feeling well, they just work around him while he sits in his chair. They are very pleasant, too. I would recommend King's Green Cleaning to anyone looking for house cleaning.

We have been using this firm Kings Green for a year now. They always call 15-20 minutes away from our appointment time to let us know they are on the way. Quite prompt and will let you know if they are running into any time problem well before the appointment time. This gives you the option to wait or re-schedule if needed. Our house looks so clean and shiny when they finish that I hate to run the water in the sink as this will mess up the polished look..... When they enter your house, they go right to work. No wasted time or cell phone activity. Every thing is left untouched except for dusting and right where you expect it to be. Honest is the watchword here..... We have had other firms that you might pay less, but they don't hold a candle to this firm. We will expect to stay with them another year or more..... My wife and dog who move around when they are cleaning their areas, don't mind as the results are worth it. Liz the manager always brings a assistant to help her and both take about 1.3 hrs to clean our home of 2,000 sq. ft. We recommend them every chance we get. Great job King's Green!! The gill family
