Description of Work: Of the three painters I asked estimates from on Angie's list, I chose Dave Southard. His estimate was the least for all to which I tasked him. He painted our whole upstairs to include walls, ceilings, woodwork, and doors - a formidable task to some. Mostly, he applied two coats to all and three coats to some of the woodwork. This consisted of 4 bedrooms, closets, and hallways. He worked from 7:30 to 3:30 and was most punctual while being respectful of our time. He was always on task and was able to complete the job in 10 days. AS a former builder, I was impressed to the extent that he was able to produce a sprayed-on looking finish with a brush. Overall - a high quality job. My wife and I were very pleased.

Description of Work: Repaired sheetrock and cracks in walls and painted. We were very satisfied with the work done and appreciated his expertise and work ethic.

Description of Work: Removed and refinished popcorn ceiling, smoothed walls and painted all. Arrives promptly, starts immediately and stays with project until complete.

Description of Work: Dave was very accommodating, and gave an extremely fair price for what was done. We provided the paint. He painted a hallway, dining room, and a few other spaces. We definitely intend to use him again.

Description of Work: Removed popcorn ceilings in two rooms and a hallway, trowel textured those ceilings, painted those ceilings, and painted walls in one room and hallway.

Description of Work: He came and looked over my laundry room and master bedroom. Gave me a quote and stuck to it. Did a fantastic job was finished in 2 days. He was professional and cleaned up after himself.

Description of Work: Actually I don't remember the exact date Dave worked for us but he did several jobs for us and we were consistently satisfied. He tore off the lattice in our sunroom, textured and painted the walls. He textured the ceiling in our bedroom and painted it. He remodeled our bathroom, removing wallpaper, drywalling as necessary and painting. Always punctual! We will use him again this year, hopefully.

Description of Work: Inside painted multi pane windows, kitchen walls, "antiqued" cabinetry, glazed, repaired & painted ceiling stain. Outside painted exterior on house & patio.

Description of Work: Dave has been our painter for several years. We have a 5,600 square foot house and want the best quality painter. Dave has always been extremely efficient, trustworthy, professional and does excellent work.
