CertaPro Painters of Oklahoma City

The first group of painters did not do a good job and they were not professional. However, CertaPro corrected the problem by having another painter do the work over. The outcome was very good and we were very pleased. The staff of Certa Pro worked with us to insure quality work and satisfaction with the job. We would reccommend them and use them for other projects.

Very good at taping off woodwork & covering floors and clean up. Have some touch ups that I've tried to get them back to do. Owner was very courteous and said he would have a man come back and fix any problems. Some corners need more paint. Bit of a communication problem. Jose didn't stay on the job and 1 bedroom was painted the wrong color, but I was tired didn't want them to repaint. I've emailed owner twice about coming back, but no callbacks. Painters got sloppier by 3rd day and found runs and unfilled nail holes that I will probably have to fix myself. They were always polite and courteous. If they would come back to fix minor problems I would have them back to paint exterior.

East to work with. Very courteous and professional. Would hire them again.

Great paint contractors --glad they are in Oklahoma City--Most so called paint contractors only add paint-- they do not do the necessary prep work. This is the most critical point of painting-- if not done properly the paint job will not last.

Great folks to work with. The painting team was wonderful to work with and overcame some adversity we had with the carpenter.

Had to go back and tough up several places they missed. Didn't notice them at first. It was no problem, and I think over all they did a good job.

I had an extremely easy time with these guys. I interviewed several painters and I was most comfortable with them. They were not the least expensive and they were not too expensive. They were a good team and everything went just as planned. I also had some minor things that had to be done around the house to complete the project and they knocked that out of the park too because they had a contractor that was able to handle everything from door install to piller replacement. Happy customer here.

They did very careful prep work, did a good job painting, and were willing to repaint accents after we did not like the color.

They were extremely professional and did quality work. The estimate was accurate and there were no unexpected additional expenses.
