I can't say enough good things about OxyDry. Such a hard working crew. Have just loved working with this team. They are excellent. We've used them a number of occasions and each time had a great experience. The first time, we had a minor bathroom flood that soaked into two walls and carpet. The second time, we had a shower grow toxic mold behind the tiles and needed restoration.  Both times, the team has been fast in getting to our home and helping us.  They are easy to contact too. My wife and I were hard customers because we asked a ton of questions in both person and by phone. And I do mean TONS of questions! The team is professional and easy to talk with. We were even able to text them questions throughout the day. They are very knowledgeable and give us helpful tips. They know a lot of the local handymen too and know who to call for repairs outside their scope. They were also really helpful with our insurance company and made sure we got coverage for all the necessary repairs.  What impressed me this last time was how thorough they were in cleaning our house. When we had the mold removed from our house, four of them came over with hepa vacs, mops, and vacuum cleaners. They scrubbed every wall, surface, and item in our house to ensure all the mold spores were dealt with.  Our house has never been so clean. Just top notch. Thanks guys!

This is actually the third time I've used this service. The first time we had a roof leak, with water dripping down the walls in a bedroom. Stacy came out promptly after my call, and tested for damage. Since you could see the water drips on the walls and ceiling, we were both surprised that he didn't find any moisture in the walls (and he did EXTENSIVE testing, since we were both convinced there should be something, and this was a baby's room). He was knowledgeable and honest, and I wasn't charged for that visit, which was incredible. A couple of weeks later we had a second leak in our kitchen ceiling. Again, Stacy came out promptly. This time we definitely had water damage. He quickly cleaned out the damaged area of ceiling and insulation, got fans and a dehumidifier running, and even came to check on things over the weekend. This time we had a water leak in a wall between a bathroom and bedroom. There is damage to the wall, and wet carpet in the bedroom. Stacy came out the morning after my phone call (on a Saturday!) and immediately got to work. He moved furniture, got his equipment in place, and walked through the damage with us. As always, he is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. We will definitely use this company again in the future!

A flood occurred in our beautiful home due to master bath being left on while I was trying to multitask too much. When I was reminded by our marvelous dog that I had the water running, it had flooded the master bathroom, master closet, master bedroom suite and portion of the living room. I immediately just called this company and they answered right away, told me they would be at my home as soon as possible. The owner of Oxy Dry, Stacy, and a helper were at my home within 20 minutes from the time I called them. They came in and immediately began getting all the water off the floor/tile/carpet they possibly could. Carpet and padding was pulled back and 8 blower fans and 2 large dehumidifiers were placed in the rooms with issues. Stacy was very reassuring without giving any type of false hope or promises, which was greatly appreciated. Stacy himself checked in to insure all was going well later that same day, came back the next day to reposition the blower fans. He came out on a weekend to put the padding and carpet back down. He did this as well as any carpet layer I have seen, insuring the seams of the carpet did not show when he stretched them back down. He also cleaned the carpet, and it smelled simply amazing, with an orange citrus type aroma after he cleaned the carpets. He put all the furniture back where it belonged as well!. Because of his quick response, no water was wicked up the walls, and no water got to the hardwood floors! I will use this company for carpet cleaning and any restoration I may need for the rest of my life! Thanks so much, Stacy!

Previously used this company after the May 2013 tornado for carpet restoration and was completely satisfied with their service. Contacted Bud once again to have whole house flooring surfaces cleaned and oriental area rugs cleaned and restored. The estimate was very reasonable and exact. A team of three individuals showed up on day of appointment at the scheduled time and set to work. They moved what needed to be moved, proceeded to clean the hard surfaces, then carpeting. They worked non-stop and were very careful to not knock into walls, baseboards, large furniture, etc. They are very professional, polite, efficient, and knowledgeable in the correct product for the various surfaces. Upon completion, they double checked all their work, and said if we had any issues or problems to not hesitate to call. We were very pleased with the job they did, to see no issues or problems. They took the area rugs for separate special cleaning and we are very pleased with the job on the area carpets also. Their customer service Is above and beyond. This is not just a carpet cleaning company, they restore carpets. Bud, Rusty, and their employees are responsive, efficient, professional, polite, and customer-oriented.

Rusty Therrien and the Oxydry crew were totally professional in every way. They have extensive knowledge of what needs to be done in a water emergency situation. They were prompt and courteous. They explained what they were doing regarding the restoration.

I believe that Rusty Therrien is an honest and trustworthy worker. With other contractors, I have often felt that I was being taken advantage of or simply ripped off. Oxydry is not one of the untrustworthy companies.

I would highly recommend Rusty Therrien and the Oxydry crew to anyone.

The experience was great.  It was a very stressful time and their representatives were extremely helpful and informative.  I have absolutely no complaints with any step of the process.  I had major flooding in 5 areas of my home.  I had wet carpet and mold developed.  They walked me though each step which included getting rid of the mold as well as cutting out and replacing sheet rock and trim.  I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services.
