Amazing service from Doug, very knowledgeable and get to work right away. I tipped him 15% on top of his reasonable billing!

Doug came right over to see the work that was needed and came back the next two days to get it done. He was very courteous, did great work and his prices were more than fair.

Perfect in every way! Doug does the job -- quickly, precisely, neatly, economically, and all in a friendly manner. Was stunned at the final charge but not because of how much more (usual reaction) but because of how much less than I expected; gladly added another 25% over what he asked.

Doug was able to come to my house and repair/replace a large portion of my fence. While he was there, he also fixed one of my toilets that was leaking. He did this all in the same day. And also discarded of my old fence me as well. I didnâ t have to clean anything. Then he followed up with me the next day and made sure everything was still perfect. My experience was 10/10.

Very disappointed. He was to install handicap grab bars in a single bathroom. He made two separate trips to purchase needed bits for his drill after being given a detailed description of the tile and wall area he would be working in. He entered my home walked thru the bedroom with my wife laying in bed without announcing he was entering the room. He did not clean up the area after completing the job. I cannot recommend this company nor the repairman.
