Description of Work: Able to fix the repair and in good time. Only concern was that he didn't keep an eye on it to test it out, and the hose wasn't attached properly in the back of the washer and my floor flooded. Luckily he was not out of the driveway and he was great to get it cleaned up quickly.

Description of Work: Checked out a Kitchen Aid ice maker that I was told by a competitor had a leak in a position that made the ice maker non-repairable. Doug's service tech found a bad recirculating pump, order the replacement, installed it 4-5 days later and I have had no problems since. Saved a $2,100 ice maker that I was about to put at curb side.

Description of Work: Confusion about when they were coming. I took of work to meet them ,and then they said the part didn't arrive, so they cancelled. Two different people came and they didn't seem to agree about what what need ed to be done. More confusion. we have used them in the past without these problems.

Description of Work: Came out to check dishwasher was not working. Upon inspection I didnt have it on a cycle that was all he did clean out the spray arm with pocket knife I was charged a service call. Not chatty at all did the job got paid left.

Called on Friday and was told it would cost $85.00 and that he would be at the house between 8:30 and 9:30 Tuesday morning. I called at 10:00 am on Tuesday to see if he was still coming and he said that he was running late and would be at my home in 15 min. He did arrive at that time and started the process of cleaning out the dryer vent. When he finished he said the charge was $120:00. I did not question the increase because I felt that they had done a good job and did it quickly.

My husband has used Doug's for many years;I can see why. Doug is a great guy to have around. His mannerisms, his overall professionalism, he just makes you feel like he'll take care of things. He offers overall great appliance service at a good price.
