On a very cold Sunday morning as I was leaving for church my garage was stuck open. I texted, got an immediate reply and Scott met me after church fixing my issue….so thankful.

Service was prompt and very professional. Third time we have used 24/7. They always come when they say they will, give you an estimate before any work is done. Family owned businesses are the best in my book!

Scott came out the same day I called. He had planned to come out the next day to install a new opener but we had to wait until one of his vendors got a new opener available. This was right after the huge freezing storm and apparently lots of people had issues with their garage door openers. He came out just a couple of days later and installed the new opener . He also adjusted the other opener. He did a great job. Will definitely call on him again!

Our garage door opener quit working. Scott came out and tried to fix it, but it was beyond repair. He didn't charge me a service fee for this visit. We bought a new opener at Home Depot, and Scott came out a second time & installed it very quickly. He also changed out the track and rubber moulding on the smaller garage door. It was $150 for the new track/moulding and $150 for the garage opener installation. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He was able to come out the next day the first time I called him. He is a hard worker & work was done quickly; we would definitely hire him again.

Scott arrived ahead of the anticipated time of 8 p.m. I was thrilled that he was able to get here earlier than anticipated. He quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly went to work. The quote he gave me was good and I was pleased how quickly the repair was completed. He was prifessional and explained everything so that I understood. Would definitely use his services again and recommend him.

We were able to reach Scott quickly today and he was at our home within an hour or so, as promised. He gave us an honest evaluation about what we need and don’t need and offered easy maintenance advice that we could do ourselves. My garage door stopped working. It would move 6 to 8 inches and stop. I found 24/7 on Angie's List as it had a "A" and many reviews. Technician came out the same day and was very punctual and informative at a cost of $20. He performed some test on the opener and determined that the motor was going out and he had replacement options of $450 to $550 for a "better" Liftmaster model. I told him I would talk it over with my wife. I was shocked that a motor would go bad in 4 years, so I started checking the warranty and any other research I could find. Research indicated that motors usually don't go bad and also the Overhead Door opener had a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and a 5 year warranty on core parts. I then called Overhead Door of OKC and they came out the next day. The technician ran a similar test and said it seemed like the encoder and changed out the $14.50 part. Overhead Door of OKC charged $80 for the service call, but the part was free since it was under warranty. He lubricated all applicable hinges and rollers and showed me all the places to lubricate. So, the motor was not bad and the opener did not need to be replaced.

Scott Schow came out on a Sunday evening and repaired our garage door. He discovered what was causing the misalignment and repaired the railing. He also replaced some rollers and greased the entire door. I needed a new weather strip and requested a quote for him to come back to he wouldn't have to do the work on a Sunday night. But he provided a very reasonable quote and installed the weather strip while doing the service call. I highly recommend him. Very professional.

The jobs have gone great. Our first job was him taking care of a creaky and noisy garage door. He replaced our old rollers with new Quiet Rollers along with a Lube & Tune. He also has secured our garage door so no one can 'jimmy' from the outside of the garage door to release the emergency latch. We feel so much safer now. [*** Link removed ***]

We spoke with Scott Schow about the possible purchase of a new opener. We decided to purchase a new opener from Scott because he knew his business. He even told us that our rollers that we had were fine and did not need to be replaced, when he was selling ultra quiet rollers. He was professional from beginning to the end of the installation process. Cleaned up his mess and took the old garage door opener to get rid of. We would hire him again if and when the need arose.

Scott came out on a Saturday and fixed a snagged cable and reattached the motor to the ceiling. While he was working on it, he noticed my car tires were low. After he finished the job he offered to follow me to a gas station and he put air in the tires for me. Way above and beyond what was necessary!

Great! I messaged Scott to see if he could provide an estimate. Not only did he respond immediately, he did the work then and there for us. He was quick and efficient.

Excellent. Scott came out on Sunday late afternoon and fixed my garage door. He replaced the two springs and Nylon Rollers. He also fixed the stopper.
