Very pleased with Lawn America's service and professionalism. The Angie's List deal lead me to this company. Saved a lot of money thru the special. Company always calls before they come and leaves a detailed list of what they did plus an approximate date of next application. They always answer phone questions and the service rep is helpful. My lawn improved with their service and they even take time to blow off excess fertilizer off the driveway, sidewalk, and patio. Good company to deal with.

It's still going on right now. It's going pretty good. I first had them come out a week or so after I bought it. It's pretty good. It hasn't changed too much but I have the feeling that if you keep using them over the course of the year, it would look pretty good. They were a little bit late on their first treatment. I didn't have to purchase anything from them at this point. The last treatment that they did, I had dogs that I let out in my backyard. They didn't close my gate all the way. The dogs got out but I was able to find them.

"So sorry to hear about that communication problem. Not normal for us, but fairly new to Angies, learning the process. May was difficult with the weather. If the weeds were tall, that is fine with the weed-control treatment. Then a few days after, mowing is good. But with the rain, even getting a mower out on the lawn has been a challenge. First application was applied (pre-emergent) and he was professional, polite and very knowledgeable as well as punctual. So far I'm very pleased. I will update review throughout the year, but so far I'm very happy.
