From beginning to end the process was very positive. Rodney answered all my questions and tolerated my wife and I changing our mind during the process. He wanted to ensure we ordered exactly what we wanted, paying attention to details I never considered. The installers were professional and answered my concerns as they progressed through the install. Their attention to detail is incredible! They don t rush through the job, to ensure they get everything perfect! At the end of the project my yard was cleaner than when they started! I highly recommend!

Awesome windows at a great price!!!

I was replacing some old 1980's aluminum windows with new, energy efficient vinyl windows. The project went very well. The crew showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and utilized their time well. The only issue encountered was with the windows in the front of our home. Because the new windows are much thicker than the ones being replaced there was wood trim that needed to be added. I was unhappy with the way it looked, after all it was in front. You know, curb appeal. I gave Rodney Greenhagen a call and he came right over. He agreed with my assessment and had a crew out the very next day to revise it. I could not be happier with both the quality of the windows and installation.

The owner of Greenhagen Homes was very professional and knowledgeable about his products. He was not a typical sales person, there was no pressure in buying the windows. There was no gimmicks like if you buy now we will give this much off. They stand behind their product with a lifetime warranty, if they can t fix the windows then then replace them at no cost. At the final walk through there were issues that I did not notice and he is sending his workers back out to correct them. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Excellent service and product.

Rodney knows his business very well. We took an initial walkthrough and he explained what would be done to each wall and window. The materials and crew showed up on the day they where scheduled to. The work was done and a final inspection was done. As we walked around each wall the crew foreman explained what was done and pointed some potential trouble areas on HVAC electrical boxes that needed repair. No plastic bushing where the service wirescome through the supply box. The Hot was arcing on the metal box. I would have never known had he not taken the time to point them out to me. Over and above for sure. They even put flashing up in two extra areas at no charge. Great experience with Greenhagen Homes. Thank you for doing what you promised and then some!
