Did what was asked, professionally

Way overpriced, but we were desperate. The young man was far more interested in selling us a service plan than he was in repairing the problem. He didn't seem too confident about what he was doing, but he sure had the sales pitch down pat and didn't want to take no for an answer. The worst part is, we still have the exact same electrical problem. He flipped a few breakers, and it worked for a few days, but now, it's back to what it was, which means IT'S NOT FIXED. There's a deeper problem than thrown breakers, and we still have whole rooms where we are afraid to plug anything into the outlets. We will not be recommending Mr. Sparky to anyone and we won't be using them again. They are not in the business of repairing electrical problems; they are in the business of selling service contracts that cost way more than two people on a fixed income can possibly afford.

The info supplied helped me choose what we wanted done for us today. And the tech gave us enough info which will help us choose when to have the rest begun of the work that needs to be done

Personnel was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. He upgraded electrical panel, installed smoke detectors and repaired outlet.
