All the work was explained to us in an easy to understand manner. The were polite and completed their work promptly.

Steve arrived and immediately began to work on hooking up our new faucet to our kitchen sink. He recognized that our garbage disposal was not in good shape to reinstall. He offered us two choices of replacement disposals and provided pros and cons for each one. He also noted that our hook-up hoses were leaking and that he could replace them at no cost to us. He provided us additional information about how to use our faucet and about the care and warranty of the product. He was very professional and helpful.

just can't say enough good things about our experience with Tracy from Narrow Path Plumbing. He was arrived on time, worked quickly and did a quality job. We started with a new faucet installation for a new undermount sink and reattaching the garbage disposal. The drain pipe had to be reconfigured. Then he fixed a toilet and replaced a cartridge in the bathtub because the faucet was leaking. He also looked at another faucet and told me it had to be replaced (unfortunately I hadn't bought one or I would have asked him to install it). He was totally capable, professional, offered good suggestions and had a good sense of humor, too -. We are very happy with the repairs and the price was very reasonable - less than other quotes I had gotten. A+++++++ all the way!

Initially hired Narrow Path to install a new water heater ($780) and complete a lot of miscellaneous plumbing jobs I had been putting off. They were recommended by AquaProof, a waterproofing company I had hired that left me with a very positive impression. I was apprehensive when NarrowPath sent Steve instead of the owner, Chris Adams, but I can honestly say Steve did better work and was easier to deal with than anyone I have hired to do work on my home in nearly eight years of home ownership! In fact, I was so impressed with his initial work (a $1537 job) that I hired him to do $570 of more plumbing work. Usually after a contractor leaves and I inspect their work I find little details that annoy me. In this case, the more I have inspected Steve's work, the more thoroughly I am impressed with his attention to detail.

The plumbers were very nice, showed me everything along the way and fixed everything well. I will definitely tell my family and friends to use them. Great job, Narrow Path!

Did the job efficiently. No leaks. Cleaned up area. Good price for the job. He was there when he said that he would be, on time! I am very satisfied with the work.

They were very knowledgeable. We thought their price was reasonable. We would consider using them again and would pass their name on to others.

He was able to come on a sunday whiich was helpful because I work the rest of the week. He fixed the problem within 40 minutes and charged far less than expected.

Narrow Path did a great job moving my electric and gas meters. They were fast, friendly, and kept the place clean. I already have another service call scheduled.

I've actually used them more than once and I've always had good experiences. My first experiences were on smaller scale indoor plumbing repairs. More recently I needed a cast iron drain replaced that had corroded over the years and were able to do that also. On both the smaller scale and medium scale projects communications were simple, service was as scheduled, and repairs have worked well. I didn't know until I came here to write this that I saw they did back-flow preventer inspections so I guess they'll be hearing from me about that soon now too. I highly recommend.

I called Narrow Path Plumbing on Wednesday 1/16/13 and explained my situation. The toilet at my rental property had come loose and had a slight move from the tile floor. Narrow Path Plumbing was at my home the next day at noon which is when I was told they would arrive. They re-set my toilet quickly with no mess and also gave me some very helpful advice for the future good of my plumbing. The men were very polite and the charge to perform the repairs were resonable. I was very pleased with Narrow Path Plumbing.

I had a difficult time trying to unclog a kitchen sink myself. Took the trap apart and ran snake about three feet but couldn't clear the pipe. Checked Angie's list and BBB before choosing Narrow Path Plumbing. Their ratings were good and all comments seemed genuine. I called and they were able to work me in the same day, which was a pleasant surprise. Since this is an apartment, we had to meet them there. When we arrived, they were waiting for us, which was another surprise. The two-man team quickly assessed the problem and dealt with it in short order using a tool unlike one you could buy at a local hardware. They were done in less than an hour and cleaned up afterwards. At all times, they were courteous and kept us informed of their progress and what they had found. When they were done, the bill was very reasonable and exactly what they had estimated. If I had known it was this easy, I wouldn't have wasted most of my Saturday trying to do it myself. Thanks for their integrity and high standards. From now on, I'll call them rather than messing with it on my own.

Overall experience with Narrow Path Plumbing was excellent. I first purchased services through an Angie's List Big Deal for minor repair of a toilet valve and extimate for replacing an old two handle tub/shower faucet. Repairman, Steve, quickly repaired the toilet and gave several ideas for replacing the tub hardware. We chose a new combination valve which we purchased and Steve installed. The job required removal and replacement of tile at the front of the tub. Steve recommended a tile specialist who we also employed. The two services coordinated their efforts to minimize inconvenience to us. Both worked effectively together and provided quality results. The new fixtures work and look great. Workers were careful, considerate, and cleaned-up their job site.

I am staying with an elderly parent and live out-of-state. So when I realized that we had a clogged or broken sewer line at the house, I had no idea what plumber to call. Others used in the past had been chosen by my parent with less than stellar results. So I went to Angie'sList and looked at companies in the area that were "A" rated in over 90% of reviews, and had received customer nominations for service. I chose the first one on the list as I was desperate to get someone out to the house. Luck was on my side. I happened to get Chris Adams, the owner of Narrow Path Plumbling on the phone that morning. He said he could come out that afternoon and actually arrived an hour early. He and his assistant were very pleasant. They wore identifying uniforms. Their truck was well-marked and clean. He seemed very knowledgable. He has been in this business for over 20 years. He snaked the sewer line and with his equiipement could tell that the line was just plugged , not broken. He was thorough in his work as he ran water while snaking the line to flush and check drains and toilet more than once prior to leaving. He didn[t mind me asking lots of questions. It was a great relief to know that it was just a plug this time as there have been many homes in the area that have had to replace their lines due to the age. Price was reasonable, too, as I actually did not even ask the cost when I called. Just wanted the problem fixed! I would recommend Narrow Path Plumbing anytime!

There was some confusion about where to cut the wall for access. There turned out to be an access panel on the other wall from where they cut. The owner apologized and was very proactive in having the wall repaired. They did a fine job.

The plumber called me to let me know he was on the way. Once he got to my house, I showed him all the areas with problems. He quickly analyzed what needed to be done and determined he needed parts to complete the job. Once he returned from Lowes, he quickly got started and all jobs were completed as expected. He replaced a leaking shut-off valve in the Laundry Room, a leaking toilet and a stripped valve on the bathtub faucet. The plumber was very professional and answered all my questions. I will defintiely use their services again. Highly recommended!

We are not at all handy around the house. We have to believe whatever a serviceperson tells us. It is good to know we can trust contractors which have been rated high on Angie's list. We called Narrow Path Plumbing late this morning because we discovered that we had no hot water. He answered his phone briefly saying he was in a meeting but would call us back in about 20 minutes and would take care of us today. ( It is Saturday, and many contractors do not work on Saturday or Sunday). He called back and told us he would be at our residence in about 1 1/2 hours, which he was. When he arrived he checked the gas water heater and discovered the pilot lighthad gone out, perhaps because of a downdraft the previous day when we had had highwinds. Even tho his normal service charge (on a weeked yet!) was only $70, he said since the call was so simple he would charge us only $40! He did say that since the heater was @ 9 years old it could fail in the next few years, and to be sure to call him.

Hired them to replace leaking outside faucetts. They had to drill through very hard bricks in order to get the new pipes at the correct angle. They did an excellent job.

Great experience! I emailed then last night, and withing 10 minutes I got a response from Chris Adams on email. He said to call him. So at 10:30pm we talked and he said he could have some guys out the very next day. Sure enough, they were here and did the job in 2 hrs. No complaints, and their quality and punctuality was excellent! I will use again if I need more plumbing!

I had been trying for months to get plumbers or irrigation specialists to come out and look at what needed to be done to fix my leaking backflow preventer. One guy was able to come out and tell me I needed a new one, but after several tries, he finally said he wouldn't be able to come out to replace it. I got a recommendation from the local plumbing supply company to call Narrow Path because they are licensed to certify backflow preventers. Imagine my surprise when I called them and they said they might be able to come out that day to replace it! By the end of the day, I had a new, working backflow preventer for a reasonable price. I was completely thrilled. My wife was also impressed that the guy that came out looked so clean cut. I've called these guys ever since with plumbing needs and have been happy every time.

Our Narrow Path plumber from Xenia, Ohio contacted us in an acceptable amount of time and he also was timely in making an appointment and showing up at the appointed time. He went quickly to work. The job was much more complicated than we had anticipated so our money was well worthwhile. Mr. Brining was efficient and friendly. He was patient as we tried to find our Angie's List number. In fact, in talking to him, I learned that his father and I were neighbors as children! We would definitely contact this company for further plumbing problems.

Called to say he was on his way and when in the driveway..so no surprises. Very professional/personable demeanor from point of contact to end of job. Showed me how to work the water heater instead of just letting me read the manual. Bled the faucets and left area clean. Highly recommend.

It went well, they were done very quickly. Took just over an hour.
