As promised. The two person team arrived and had my old water softener removed and plumbing adjustments made in 45 minutes.

The provider was ontime and very professional. He went out of his way to make sure he covered everything I needed. He explained in detail everything he did. I liked how he understood my needs and didn't try to sell me another product other than what I called him for.

The plumbing Big Deal didn’t include the caulk, and they had left without caulking it. Otherwise it all went fine.

I used a $99 Big Deal coupon for a bunch of small but annoying plumbing problems and feel I got a really good deal with Narrow Path. The plumber showed up on time, was a nice guy, very professional and worked really fast. My water heater expansion tank had sprung a leak and so I bought a new one with the idea I would replace it myself. Unfortunately I couldn't get the old one off so I had the plumber do that for me as well as fix 2 leaky water line shut-off valves and a dripping sink drain. Unbelievably, there was still some time left from my two hour coupon so I had him fix the leaking outside faucet. All the work was done neatly and I have had no problems with any of the repairs. I was really impressed with this company and would definitly recommend them to others.

I think the people we dealt with were very nice people. The product we purchased was not so good. We got an instant hot water thing installed for our bathroom and we are not happy with it.

The plumber Stephen who came to the house is a very skilled plumber...I am confident I will not have any problems in the future with any of the plumbing work done. He had a very pleasant personality and offered advice on maintenance.

The job proved more difficult than expected as they had to remove the sink to get to the pipes. Over all I was satisfied with the work performed. The only negative I had was that they did not clean up after themselves very well. I would defiantly use them again.

They did an excellent job! They were affordable, professional and on schedule. I contacted several plumber in the area to get an estimate to have a new tub and shower installed but Narrow Path Plumbing was considerably cheaper than the others. Their quality of work was great! They not only replaced the items that I requested but they went above and beyond to repair a few minor things such as a leaky faucet and replaced other bathroom decor items. They finished the job when they said they would and even priced me at a lower rate than they originally quoted!! Great Service! I love my new tub and shower unit and couldn't be happier with the job that they did!

Chris with Narrow Path has always been very responsive and has done an excellent job for a great price. He placed a 2nd meter for a lawn irrigation system. He also came after hours to fix a broken water pipe in the basement although he was working late on another job. He explained the problem, he patient with answering questions and he fixed things quickly. I spoke to two other local plumbing companies and they were gruff and they had poor attitudes--the insult was that they demanded $185 per hour! All these other reviews for Narrow Path are true. I would not hesistate to recommend Chris to anybody.

They were very good. They were right on time and I got everything I expected.

Tracy came and quickly found the pipe break. Access to it was very limited but he found a way to squeeze in and get it done. Overall, very professional and quick.

I think in the long run it may have cost me more than what the visit would have cost at a regular price. They fixed what needed to be fixed but it took 35 minutes so I don’t know if I broke even or not. I am glad I got my plumbing done and they did a nice job though I don’t know if it was a good deal or not. They were very polite and fixed what needed to be fixed that had not been working for years. I was just happy that it was fixed and now working. They were neat, clean and did a good job.

On Saturday morning, March 30, I discovered that I had no hot water. I called Narrow Path Plumbing and Chris was out that afternoon. He quickly found the problem-there was a leak and it had put the pilot light out. I decided to replace the water heater and made an appointment to have him return on Monday. He was trying to fit us in as soon as possible between his other jobs. He wasn't able to make it Monday, but did come on Tuesday and put in a new water heater. He was professional, helpful, and did an excellent job. There was no mess and the new water heater has made a significant difference. I will certainly use him again and would recommend him to others.

Last month I perchased a two hour special that was being advertised by the company Narrow Path Pumbing. I contacted the company and Mr Adams returned my telephone call promptly. I explained the issue(s). Mr Chris Adams and a member of his team came to my home and immediatly got busy on the job. Mr Adams took his time and explained everything to me. Mr. Adams even took his time to look at several different plumbing issues that I had going on. Mr Adams was very professional and gave me an honest price. I highly recommend Mr Adams of Narrow Path Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

The plumber installed a water softener for us. He was very professional. It went very well.

I called Chris Adams to set up an appointment and my call was returned in a timely manner. When Tracy Boyer arrived he saw I needed a new flusher valve, but did not have one on his truck. He replaced the valve after going out to obtain the part. He then checked my lavatory sink for a slow drainage problem and corrected it, and then checked my stationary tubs for slow drainage. He had to snake the drain and found there was lint clogging the drain. After removing this the drains ran much more quickly. He made suggestions to alleviate this problem. Work was done in a professional, knowledgeable and clean manner. Very pleased with the service.

Narrow Path did an awesome job. Not only did they replace the tank, they straighened out the mess of plumbing lines around the original pressure tank. In addition, I was working on a project in my garage and they saw I was drilling holes in concrete; they offered to allow me to use their hammer drill. It made the remaining 6 holes I had to drill a breeze. They did not have to do this, it was over and above. Shows they are very customer oriented.......I will use them again and I will refer them to others in need of a quality plumber.

On time, friendly, courteous, shared information as they repaired problem. Showed worn out parts, etc.

Overall, it was a very painless experience. One telehone call to set up the appointment and two pro's on-site, on-time the next day.

This company was professional and prompt, but for an estimate for a gas line extension for a gas range their competition was 40% less expensive ($700 vs $400), So they did not get the job.

Craig, the plumber, was very professional and knowlegeable. Not only did he clean the drain when others had failed before him, but he helped us get a new sink ready to install in the the bathroom and also gave us expert advice on what we may need in the future. He was prompt and courteous and I would recommend Narrow Path Plumbing to anyone with a plumbing need.

Very pleasant person who was knowledgeable regarding the issue and was very time efficient in correcting what he was able to address. Very fair in pricing as well.
