The technician was prompt and efficient in unblocking the drain. I will definitely call Narrow Path Plumbing the next time I need a plumber. Great job.

I purchased the deal anticipating work on our bathroom shower. Unfortunately, I was not ready for the work to be done until after the deal expired. When I was ready to have the work done, I called Narrow Path Plumbing. We were able to schedule a convenient time within a couple of days. The work was done well. Narrow Path could not, however, honor either the paid or promotional value of the voucher.

Initial estimate process was painfree: the guy came to our house, and was very thorough in examining the state of the plumbing, pointing out problems from the previous remodel we had done, and explained what his guys were going to do when they came out later. Day of the removal: Two of his plumbers showed up, started in on the process of gaining access to the old drain pipes, and a several hours later ( plus two more guys), everything was replaced. They cleaned up after themselves, offered a referral to a drywall contractor to cover the holes in the wall left from the operation, and were gone. Quite possibly the most polite contractors we've EVER had the pleasure to deal with in our house. We plan to have them back later, to replace our water heater and clean up some rather poorly done plumbing that was done by the previous owners--- we'd recommend them without reservation to anyone in the Xenia/Springfield/Dayton area.

They had to move the dryer out of the way to access my water heater. They took the old water heater out and allowed me to clean out the dust and dirt in the room from under the dryer, behind the washing machine and old water heater. They also gave me time to vacuum out the dryer vent and clean out the vent connecting the dryer to the wall. Which I appreciated. They brought the new water heater in and installed it for me. I love my new water heater.

We had two different technicians on two different days because they did such a good job the first time we call the company back. Both experiences were consistent in terms of a high level of courtesy, professionalism, and expertise. Our runny toilets costs us plenty but with the help of narrow path, we're back on the road to normalcy.

After the initial phone call, Chris called back to reschedule for Wednesday. Chris' associate did arrive Wednesday morning at the appointment time. He was very polite and professional and able to explain the plumbing situation to me who knows nothing about plumbing. After he snaked the laundry room drain, he moved on to the main cleanout. He used the smaller snake to work on blockage. After some time, he explained the blockage must be pretty big because he could not bust through it to clear it. He said he did not bring the bigger snake that day and would have to return. He said not to worry because it wouldn't cost more than what I had already paid. He said he would contact Chris to reschedule for the following day and went to the van to make the call. He returned moments later to say Chris scheduled the bigger snake cleanout for Friday at 9am. I was fine with that as long as there was some type of resolution. He did tell me the smaller snake was bringing up soil on the cable which could mean a collapsed soil pipe, but he would need a camera to snake into the main for better evaluation. I specifically asked if they had a camera and he said that they do. Satisfied with those answers, I felt a little better about waiting for two more days for them to return with the bigger snake, an extra guy, and, to my understanding, a camera possibly. I could not sleep all night wondering how much it would cost to replace a soil pipe and hoping that they would be able to bust through the blockage. Friday morning at 9am, I received a call from Ryan who stated he would not be coming out with the bigger snake for two reasons: 1. Chris said if the cable was bringing up soil, then that meant the soil pipe collapsed and would need to be replaced. 2. the bigger snake was not working. Oh, and, he recommended that we find a plumber with a camera to evaluate the soil pipe internally. Because of my mounting frustration, I did not challenge him on his statement on Wednesday that he said the company had a camera. Ryan stated Chris quoted the price of $8800.00 to replace the entire soil pipe plus excavation without even laying eyes on the problem. I am very angry with the owner because I feel that I paid for a service which was not completed. At this time, I have no interest in ameliorating this experience and Narrow Path Plumbing is not welcome to return to my home for any repairs. ***UPDATE****So glad I got a second opinion. What was blocking our pipes? Wet wipes. What did Narrow Path state? The big tree in the neighbor's yard and it would cost $8800.00 to dig it all up. For what, you ask? Wet wipes!! So, I have updated this grade to and "F." Thank god for RotoRooter and Mathew. Mathew also showed us the line ran out thru the backyard into the alley. Narrow Path blamed our problem on a line running out front which was blocked by a neighbor's tree. When I think that we could've scrounged up $8800.00 for those people to dig up our front yard for their amusement.....I can't even go there. ***update: here is my update. Yes, my money was returned. After I had to listen to a lecture about how I was incorrect about my mud pipe being intact, and after the owner tried to quiz me about plumbing. This lecture eNt on even after I told the owner I saw that it wasn't broken. The owner did not see it at all. He only went by what his worker had told him. I stand by my review. Guess what? Still no problem with our drains. You can stop trying to discredit me in this review.

Purchased 2 hours of plumbing on Angie's list for $146, which covered the work of replacing two toilets with clean up. Initial call to Narrow Path Plumbing returned timely; work scheduled for the same week; plumber introduced himself, and was very pleasant; work done quickly, with excellent clean up (large toilet boxes, and toilets hauled away). I highly recommend these plumbers, and would use them again.

It went great, outstanding service.

I called, got a guy on the cell phone, clearly didn't want to be bothered. Said he'd call back in 10 minutes, hour and a half later, no call back. When will these serivce providors learn they can make a lot more money by hiring an answering service to manage their appointments? I'm tired of trying to give people money, and they won't come and take it!!

The plumber arrived on schedule, was soft spoken and quite professional. Water in the sanitary tub in the basement and bathroom sink on the first floor drained very slowly. He worked consistently and removed a huge wad of hair from the drain pipe. I highly recommend Narrow Path Plumbing!

They are very good. They came on time. They did a good job. The price was reasonable. He was very professional. I have nothing to complain. I strongly recommend him.

The Angie list deal was for 2 hours of plumbing work for $146.00 The providers(2) were very professional and did an outstanding job installing the pipes. I brought some of the material, but was told, they will use there materials. After the two hours, I asked how much for additional hours and was told $85.00 per hour and I told them to work for one more hour and I will re-schedule later to complete the work later. I didn't know it was $85 per person and the additional hour cost $170 and the cost for the material was $172. The pipes for the job should have only cost about $70? Again, they did an outstanding job, but the cost after the Angie List deal was very high for additional hour and parts.

Narrow Path Plumbing was very punctual, friendly, and professional. No hidden costs or fees. Work performed as specified. No problems, water heater working great. I would use this company again in the future.

This was a special offer on Angie's List that I purchased. I requested the 1st appointment of the day as I was hoping to miss as little work time as possible. The 2-man crew arrived at the scheduled time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. There was no hidden cost. I was back at work by 11 am

They removed the vanity in the master bathroom and found a 6 inch area of leakage in the drain pipe. They replaced the old drain with PVC piping and then restored the vanity to the original position. They did an outstanding job and worked nonstop until they had the problem corrected. They also cleaned up very well after everything.

He changed the washers and fixed the leak. He said if I would have tightened them myself, they would have crumbled. And I would have a bigger mess. I'm thankful I called narrow path plumbing. Steve was great and knew what he was doing. In and out in less than an hour. I called them in the morning and they were able to come over later the same day. btw, I live in Wilmington.

They were here 30 minutes and did not charge me. I was so impressed, we think we found the problem and they are coming back this afternoon.

It went very well. Chris was very responsive in setting up the appointment. Steve was propmpt and called ahaead. Everything was completed quickly. I purchased a prepaid coupon through Angies List fro two hours of labor and ithe work did not take two hours. I overpaid for the service, but it was all my faulat.

They were on time and did their work in a timely manner. The whole job was done in two days. They explained what they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. We were impressed and would definitely use them again.?

It went well. They found a big clump of roots that was the cause of the problem and told me where the problem was in the yard. Tracy was friendly and professional. This is the second time I have called Narrow Path. I also had an excellent first experience when Tracy installed a faucet and did a number of other plumbing repairs.

I can't say enough about how much it meant to me that Chris Adams pomptly returned my call on a Sunday, stopped by my rental house on Monday to meaure and installed a new hot water on Wednesday. The price charged is what was quoted. Lesson learned- go with someone local! I had just been through a nightmare after ordering a 40 gallon hot water tank from Sears on-line service. It was about $100 cheaper but I ended up spending twice that in my time when the service contracted to install said that it wouldn't fit. I then spent 2 days trying to reach the correct dept to return and reorder. I was informed that it would take 5-6 business days to refund my $600 and I would have to pay for a new tank in the interim. The principle-or lack of- irked me and I let Sears know that they lost a loyal customer of 20 years. I own 2 homes and all of the appliances, etc have come from Sears. No more! Thanks Chris!

Most impressive was that I contacted Chris through Angie's list when our water quit around 9 pm. He called me within 1 minute! He sent out Stephen at 11 the next morning! That is amazing service. It was a very expensive repair/replacement, but Stephen worked hard and got it all done. We now have water better than ever.

Tech was very nice, offered suggestions to help avoid the same problems later, cleared the drains, and was done in 30-45 minutes. Felt more like my dad had come over to help!

Went great. They are very professional. Got everything done within the 2 hour window & he also cleaned up well afterwards. He didn't even care that my cat was bothering him the whole time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
