I was contacted within 24 hours after I left my request for an inspection and estimate. Chris came out right on time the day we met. It was not an easy problem and he asked a lot of questions. When he came up with a really good idea, I asked him for a quote and their company was $800 less than the others. I got my quote quickly and the work was scheduled within a 10-day window. On the day of the work, the guys were even on site early, getting ready. They worked efficiently, cleaned up thoroughly and were here for only 6 hours, completing installation of a new copper water line, complete to my basement including a new pressure reducer and shutoff. The price was much less than I have paid for two previous water line repairs in the last 6 years.

We contacted Narrow Path Plumbing completely discouraged after a costly and unsuccessful attempt by another plumber to assist us. We knew time was of the essence because water was leaking into the slab loud enough that you could hear it! Chris, from Narrow Path, responded to my call immediately and arranged an appointment for one of his plumbers to come to our home. Steve actually arrived earlier than his scheduled appointment time! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive. In no time he isolated the problem, and provided us with honest and affordable options for repairing the leak. He then provided temporary repairs that would prevent further loss of water/damage until repairs could be completed. The day he was to arrive to do the repairs he was again early! Impressive! He got right to work and had successfully completed the repairs in no time! We had family visiting from out of town at the time and even they were impressed with the service we received! We believe Narrow Path Plumbing was truly a blessing, and we will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

The service was pretty good. I did not pay anything additional. I think they took pretty good care, and they were accurate in their quotes and service.

I was greeted on Monday morning by my staff who informed me that the water heater had malfunctioned and we had 1/2" of water on the supply room floor. They had managed to stop the leaking and start the cleanup, but we were in need of a new water heater right away. Did I mention how busy our office can be on a Monday morning? It's a Family Practice doctor's office. The building manager told us we were on our own finding a plumber. I checked Angie's LIst and my sister and then called the folks at Narrow Path Plumbing who were highly recommended by both of my sources. I was just hoping they'd be willing to come all the way to Lebanon; they were and they did- quickly! My staff had sent a photo of our water heater so they knew what we needed. They came earlier than predicted, with a new water heater in tow. The gentlemen installed it and hauled the old one away all while I was seeing patients. They were so quiet and efficient, no one knew they were there! I thought the cost was reasonable considering our dire straights and their emergent services. I was grateful that I didn't need to close down my office and turn my scheduled patients away. Thanks Narrow Path Plumbing for a job well done! If I ever need residential plumbing, you're my pick!

The service turned out fine. They were professional and got the work done fast. I had no complaints with their work.

Great work. Great people - good workers - cleanup after themselves. May take a couple of calls to get response (no admin) - worth the perseverance.

The work was very well done and they coordinated with the inspector to plan and check the work. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything was going well until we noticed that the installer did not put a drain pan under the water heater. My wife asked if he was going to put one in and he said it wasn't necessary to bring our house up to code. The ad specifically stated that a drain pan would be installed. He already had the water heater in place and all of the pipes reconnected so he wouldn't install the drain pan. If you advertise that something will be done, it should be done.

He was very polite and efficient. His device ate through some roots that have crept over to my main drain from my neighbors monster silver maple. I offered him a tip and he refused saying his boss would not approve.

They were punctual, neat and efficient. I am very pleased with the work that was done. My reason for not using this plumber in the future is they are located in Xenia so the cost of transportation would be unrealistic.

On time - called before they arrived. Installed new water heater. Everything was very clean when finished. Answered all my questions. Asked if they would look at water conditioner since they were here. He totally cleaned out water softener tank for a very reasonable price even though that was not what we called them for, and gave advice on type of salt to use. Very pleased with everything they did - professional, courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

The workers did a great job. Love faucets and bathtub. Workers wore protective covering on their shoes and lined the carpet with plastic before working in the house.

We were having problems with our water heater and scheduled Narrow Path to come out the next week and install a new one. Then the day after we had called them we noticed that our water heater had a large leak. We called them back and asked if they could come sooner, as there was now water gushing out of our water tank. They were able to come the next day and install a new water heater. We were very impressed that they were able to fit us into their schedule. When the technician came he was very professional and removed the old water heater and installed the new one in about an hour and a half. We were very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Ordered the Big Deal through Angie's list. Received an email to schedule the installation. Scheduled the installation with my tenant and was there 1 hr. early on scheduled date. Removed old water heater and installed new one quickly. Very happy with the process and would use these guys again.

They were very responsive to my request for a quote. Answered all my questions and was very professional.

Joe was punctual and, although obviously busy with work, came quickly out to take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got right to work fixing it. He had to cut a hole in the wall to get to the break. He cut a very nice, clean hole even though the problem was behind the dryer and wouldn't be noticeable. He removed the dry wall in one small piece and, when finished with repairs, put it neatly back. While he was here, we had him take a look at leaky kitchen sink faucet. He talked with us about options and made suggestions that will give us much longer life with the new faucet. He recommended two faucet types to get - we really did need a new faucet because of the type we had - so that any future leaks could be easily repaired by my husband. We appreciated that as we are retired and like to do whatever we can ourselves to save money. He told us to let him know what type we got so he would be sure to have everything on the truck when he arrived to save us the cost of repeat trips. We were very happy with his work. He worked quickly, behaved in a friendly but professional manner, and was very knowledgeable. We plan to call him back to install the new faucet AND a vanity/cabinet and new faucets in the guest bathroom. Joe is our plumber-of-choice in the future.

Unfortunately, the provider was not able to schedule the service soon enough. I had standing water in my basement and needed the drain cleaning right away. So I ended up hiring another plumber who was available to take care of it sooner. I called Narrow Plumbing to inform them that I no longer need their services and to cancel my 5PM appointment on 2/25/2014. Overall, Narrow Plumbing was very pleasant to deal with...they were just too busy & also don't work weekends. I am requesting a refund of the $149 I paid for the service that is no longer required.

Very punctual, professional, efficient, scientific. Smart person - not just some hack with a bunch of tools. Definitely understands not only how to make something work but WHY it works. Water heater provided was a budget model but does the job fine.

Steve came on time after a call ahead saying he was on his way and gave approx arrival time. He doubled checked a few things before he got started. He was patient and answered all my questions. He installed a new water heater. I asked him if he would then look at our water softener. I was concerned because it was dirty around sides and bottom. He said he would be glad to clean it out for a minimal charge. He did a great job and suggested that I use a different kind of softening salt. He showed me some things about the water heater and softener and was finished. He did a great job - everything was very clean when he left. Great job -- would definitely recommend Narrow Path Plumbing!!

They were fine. They were on time, prompt and professional.

The equipment they had only reached 150 ft. My daughter has an older home so they offered to return with equipment needed to reach the sewer main or refund her the charge. They offered to return the same day, but we're unable to due to inclement weather, but returned on the next day, Saturday, as promised. They were courteous and professional and did not take advantage of the situation. Extremely pleased and would definitely use the service again.

I went very well with Narrow Path Plumbing LLC. The contractor was very friendly and he was part of a Christian company. He obviously knew what he was talking about, he really understood and did what needed to be done. I believe he and his company are very trustworthy and they will do what is needed without trying to add anything else on to the job. We needed a brand new garbage disposal, but it was obvious that what he was saying was correct, so we purchased the garbage disposal. They came out really quick.

He seemed to be an honest and competent professional. We always look for integrity in a professional, not just talent. Great job, Chris.
