Description of Work: I contacted this company 2 weeks ago and still have yet to receive an estimate to do some pruning and shaping of the shrubbery around my house. The woman whom answered the phone was rude and abrupt and was very short with me on the phone. I will not contact them again.

Description of Work: The service I received was excellent. I contacted Reichle Bros. as a recommendation from friend (and also checked them out on Angie's List.) They were willing to do lawn applications 4x per year and the price was reasonable. Importantly, since I started their service last year I have not gotten any phone calls offering additional service as has happened frequently with other lawn service companies. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: Reichle Brothers does our weekly mowing and annual yard clean up. Whether they do the yard depends on the weather but that's not their fault. They have been responsive when we call. Just difficult to get them out sometimes. We commit to having spring clean up done on paper to them before winter so we should be at the top of the list if they go by first reserved, first in line.
