Honey to Do Ltd

Mr. Bronner took my call and scheduled to come to my home and provide an estimate. The morning after he was to come for the estimate I had to call Mr. Bronner. He had not written any of my information down and could not remember who I was. He did schedule for the next day. He did arrive this time. However, Mr. Bronner wanted to argue over the diagnosis of my attic condensation. Mr. Bronner did not enter the attic to even look. I asked Mr. Bronner to leave. He continued talking while outside and promised an estimate by the next Monday. Today is Saturday and I have received nothing from him (10 days after he was at my home). Even if Mr. Bronner provided the best estimate, I would not have chosen him. I am sure Mr. Bronner will state how in his professional opinion what I was requesting was not necessary, however, there is no excuse for his missing the appointment and not providing the estimate.

Craftsmanship is evident. The new frame appeared to be the original frame.

The owner is John and we like him. He is wonderful and is meticulous and able to do anything that needs to done. He finishes the work when he says he will and simply a nice guy and wonderful to be around. He is a craftsman and knows a lot about a lot of things.

My sump pump went out during a nasty downpour on a Friday night. I baled water most of the night to keep the basement from being flooded. I called Honey To Do Inc. first thing in the morning and found the owner, John, while he was at another job. He told me what to buy and that he would be right over to swap the sump pump out. I didn't expect this type of service on a Saturday morning -- I thought that I'd probably have to wait until at least Monday for a plumber to show. He showed up promptly, did the work, cleaned up and was out of the house within an hour. This is the second time that I have used this company. Previously, I had them power wash and paint my deck. They did an excellent job on that also. I expect that Honey To Do Inc will hear from me time-to-time for other handyman repairs. Good people to work with and super efficient.

They were prompt. John Bronner is the owner and he had several workers with him. They got to work very quickly. They work was done at a good quality and it was a reasonable price.

We contacted the company for an estimate which was received on a timely basis. We had to set several dates to do the job because the weather was a problem. We finally got several good days and the job was done. He kept in contact with us regularly. Very professional and a good person to work with. We will use him again.

We made a time for him to come out and he was here promptly 10 min before. Showed up in a marked van and wore a T-shirt with his logo. He introduced himself then gave me his card. Very friendly. I showed him where the sink was that needed to be hooked up and then I stayed awhile until he got started. He had his own tools and did the job quickly keeping in mind any requests I had given. The only things is that $75 felt a little high (was thinking more like $50-$60) for such an easy and quick (30min) job, but the job seems to have been done right.

Very well. John is very pleasant and professional. We've used him before and we will definitely use him again.

My clothing rack broke on Monday. I called John, and he came first thing Wednesday morning. He assessed the situation, went to a home store to purchase the necessary brackets, returned and fixed the problem. He made sure to connect to studs in the wall, and it is now stronger than ever. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job!

John contacted me promptly for an estimate. He e-mailed me the contract with estimate. Required a $150 deposit to start. He said it would take a day and a half to finish. John and his son arrived on time at 8;00 am. He completed the work in a day and a half. He and his son cleaned up each day. I was very satisfied with their work and plan to use them in the future.

I found John's name on Angie's List, and called for an appointment. He was on time and did a great job. What a nice guy!!

Two downspouts and a sump pump were disconnected from the underground pipes. It took about a week for John to come for an estimate and then about another week before he was able to schedule me to complete the work. He had to reschedule the work day one time, but he was very good about contacting me to make sure it was okay. He came on the appointed day, dug around the downspouts and sump pump, moved them back into place, reconnected them and filled back in some of the dirt. He left at one point to get more supplies and complete another job, but he came back and completed the job. He also gave us the option to get our own fill dirt and took some money off the estimate when we said we would do so. He was very professional at all times and he took the time to thoughtfully answer all my questions.

I have used John on several occasions and the work quality was excellent. I have used several 'handymen' and have always been disapointed with the quality of work or professionalism. Not only did he fix what I asked him to, he pointed out a safety hazard in the current wiring and fixed that as well. I will continue to use John and would recommend him to anyone look for a quality workman.

His prices were very reasonable and he does great work. He is golden and is very professional. He told me how to fix some things myself in order for me to save some money. He is a nice guy of the highest integrity and I would highly recommend him!

Most of what he did was good, but the nail pop in the bathroom is not fixed. He screwed the nail in and plastered over it. Less than a month later, it popped back out. I called and left him a message, but he never called back. About a month later, I tried calling him again. He was on a job and said he would call back, but he never did.

Job took two days. John was punctual and professional. He first cut a small hole in the wall and inserted a remote camera to ensure the under-stairs space was open. He then cut the door etc. He removed (and disposed of) a sink and large mirror, and he rewired the lighting in our basement laundry room. Paid more than initial estimate because the job was slightly bigger than we expected -- I felt the work he performed was a good value.

He did all the work within in couple of weeks, like he said he would. It is beautiful. There was one problem but he came out right out, that day (on a Sunday) and took care of everything. His prices were really reasonable, especially by comparison.

I was extremely satisfied with the work. They did an excellent job, and completed everything in a timely manner. They also determined that one of the mailboxes did not need a new post, so they reduced my invoice by $100 without being asked. They are a father and son team who are extremely polite, professional and take pride in doing a good job. I am the Secretary/Treasurer of our Homeowner's association, they will be doing work for us in the future. I plan to put their name in our newsletter if any owners require assistance. They will also be coming back to do some work on my unit. I can say without any reservations whatsoever that I would highly recommend them!! They're great!!

John has done a number of projects in our house, and as usual this one went smoothly and the work is beautiful. John went out of his way to provide advice (and encouragement!) on the tile project, as this was the first one I had ever attempted. He is very professional, courteous and pleasant to be around, and I am always comfortable having him in my home. I will certainly be calling him for more projects in the future.

The work was beautifully done. Period.

Honey To Do is super courteous and respectful (including the house). The final product looks great and John even went the extra mile when I asked if it was possible to change the color of the switch. He literally drove to 2 different hardware stores trying to fulfill my request when the job was completed. I definitely will be calling Honey To Do in the future with any sort of fix-it requests, I strongly recommend their work.

John was able to fix the problem that day and also discuss some other electrical work we might have done in the near future. John did run late to the appointment because of a faulty garage door he had to deal with at home, but he did call to let me know he would be running late.

I have used John several times over the past few years and I highly recommend him to everyone. He has always been professional, honest about what work could/should be done, and is a pleasure. John has done everything from install a doorbell to the renovation of the family room after a water pipe burst in the bath above it. Don't wait to call John. His work is excellent and a real value.

John did an excellent job on all of the work he performed. He and his son worked diligently and the work they performed was top quality. I got his name from Angie's List and chose him because of his high rating. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants a quality job performed.

This contractor was apparently using subs for this, and I never got an estimate. Not too happy about this, I will continue with another contractor.
