Mr. Duppy was both professional and expedient. Price was better than expected for emergency call!

Harry was responsive to my call and showed up at the agreed time. He also tried to remedy the situation knowing the complete repair route would be expensive. After we discovered that the spring repair and sheet metal patch wouldn't work, he credited my bill for that work to be applied to the new door purchase. He offered recommendations that allowed for budgetary considerations. He was able to get parts quickly and install them the next day.

I was very satisfied with my service. The door spring broke on Saturday, and I left word on Clymer's answering machine. Clymer called first thing Monday morning and was at my house before 10:00AM. He was quick, professional, and polite. The door repair was about $120 and I paid $35 more for the remote door indicator which he also installed.

Duppy's service actually answered the phone when I telephoned, after I had called 3 others. They came out for service w/in 24 hours. I am pleased w/ the work.

Super!! He arrived within 1/2 hour of the call. He didn't have the springs with him but promised to come and fininh the job the next day. He was true to his word. I'm very satisfied with the work.

They came out to check and see if my old garage door opener could be fixed. It turned out they couldnt fix it without an expensive part for which my warranty had expired. They did not charge for the initial check of my old opener, and returned the next day to install a new opener. Very prompt and courteous service.

The overall experience was excellent. They were responsive, and got the garage installed quickly.

I called in the morning and the door was fixed by mid-afternoon. No muss, no fuss. It doesn't get much better than that. Cheap, fast, professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent! Mr. Peat was very prompt. I had talked to him several times with questions my husband needed answered. He was very personable! The door looks great inside and out!

They responded to my call within 2 hours. I couldn't open the garage door, so wasn't able to get car out for work until they came. The door was fixed very quickly, and they even replaced a bearing that was getting worn. Very friendly and helpful.

We unexpectedly had out garage door spring break and trap one of our cars in on a weekday morning. After calling several other garage repair companies and getting told I'd have to wait a few days, Clymer was here in less than 2 hours. They even walked me through checking what was wrong with the door, over the phone, so they could make sure to bring the right parts. The repair was completed in under an hour, and he even lubricated the rest of the door so it is now MUCH quieter than it has ever been.

Came out the next day after calling. Have used them before and Joe knows what he's doing.

THEY REPLACED WOOD AND THE SUPPORT. THEY ALSO ADJUSTED THE DOOR AND THE OPENER. LUBED THE TRACK AND TIGHTENED THE CHAIN ON THE OPENER. THE DOOR FITS TIGHT AND IS QUIET. DID A GREAT JOB. WOULD HIRE AGAIN. CAME OUT SAME DAY ON TIME.

AFTER A LATE WEEKEND EVENING LIGHTNING STRIKE DAMAGED MANY ELECTRICAL DEVICES IN THE HOME, CLYMER WAS CALLED BECAUSE THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPERATE. HE RESPONDED EARLY MONDAY MORNING AND FOUND THE BOARD IN THE OPENER HAD BEEN ''FRIED''. HE REPLACED THE RECEIVER BOARD AND BOTH ELECTRIC EYES. I'VE BEEN SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICES IN THE PAST. HE WORKS ALONE AND IS VERY FRIENDLY, ON TIME, AND WILLING TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS. I WILL REMAIN A LOYAL CUSTOMER. EVEN RECOMMENDED HIM TO A NEIGHBOR WHO HAD A NEW GARAGE DOOR INSTALLED ON HIS HOUSE AND HE WAS VERY PLEASED.

THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS THERE SAME DAY AS I CALLED AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY, AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE ONLY COMPLAINT I HAVE IS THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE FOR THIS BUSINESS WAS QUITE RUDE AND IMPATIENT WITH ME WHEN I COULD NOT LOCATE THE SPRING ON MY GARAGE DOOR SOON ENOUGH TO SUIT HER. I ALMOST CANCELLED BECAUSE OF HER, BUT HAVE HAD HIM WORK HERE BEFORE SO I PUT UP WITH HER RUDENESS. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO BE A BIT MORE PROFESSIONAL AND PATIENT WITH PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL WAY. THEY WERE NEAT AND CLEAN AND PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE COMPANY.

DURING THE REPAIR HE CONSULTED WITH US ABOUT A GARAGE DOOR OPENER REPLACEMENT SINCE OURS WAS ALMOST OUT OF LIFE AND DID NOT HAVE THE SAFETY EYES. HE CAME BACK BETWEEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS JUST AS PROMISED AND HELPED CONFIGURED BOTH REMOTES SO WE ONLY NEED 1 PER CAR. IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH CLYMER DOORS!!

HE ADJUSTED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER, LUBED SOME OF THE PARTS, LEFT THE CAN OF SPRAY AND SHOWED US HOW TO USE IT. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD, AND CALLED BEFORE HE CAME. THERE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD, I HAD OTHER ESTIMATES FOR TWICE AS MUCH. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, NICE, AND HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.

MR. PEAT WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING THE AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR PROBLEM AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY NEED FOR ECONOMY. THE GARAGE DOOR WAS REPAIRED WITH REINFORCEMENTS THAT IMPROVED ON THE ORIGINAL STRUCTURE AND AVOIDED MY HAVING TO GET A NEW DOOR. HE PERFORMED SOME EXTRA MAINTENANCE (OILING, CHECKING MECHANISM, ETC.) BEFORE COMPLETING HIS WORK. THE BILL WAS A LITTLE LESS THAN THE ESTIMATE HAD BEEN. I WILL CALL THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND BE ABLE TO TRUST THAT QUALITY WORK FOR A FAIR PRICE IS THE NORM.
