Terrible customer service! I dropped off my family vehicle on Monday evening with the owner Shannon Yeager who said he would check out my vehicle the next morning (power steering issues). on Tuesday around 1130 I called for an update and was told they were going to pull my car in shortly. Around 4:00 I stopped by while running other errands in the area and my vehicle was still in the same spot. I spoke to the owner and asked what was going on and he stated that 3 separate dealerships had delivered the wrong parts to vehicles that they were already working on and that he would get to my vehicle when he would get around to it, that "things happen". I told him that next time a phone call would be nice since he said that it would be in the morning, that it when the owner became rude and he stated that he hadn't got to it yet and that he didn't have any updates to make a call about. I decided to take my vehicle to another establishment since this shop had already wasted 24 hours of my time, ruined my confidence in keeping his word and provided and proved extremely poor customer service! That is also when the owner provided some colorful language and very appropriate hand gestures! Good Luck dealing with this establishment!!!

Things went really well. The workers were very good. They were very prompt. They take your car in and it is usually done the next day. I've had other people keep it for weeks. They might say, "You can't drop it off till this day." But, usually when I drop it off they have it ready that day or the next. It's usually not very long of a wait at all. If they make you wait it's usually because they have to order the part and it takes a day to get it in. The quality of the work is great and they stand by their work. If something is not done right, they will usually correct it. We had one repair and it wasn't quite right. We took it back and they fixed it right away, without charging.

They are very friendly. They always offer options regarding having your car fixed and being costly. They try to provide things that they can do in order to fix your car rather than selling you the most expensive parts. They can put in used parts for the car or they would give you various quotes. They do very good work. I never complained about anything that they have done and I don't have to worry about it. They also gave me an estimate on a car in the park that I was looking at lying and they did it for free. I have been there before and I thought something was wrong with my car and they could not find anything wrong with it. They did not charge for the time they had the car. If they make a physical change to your car, they will not charge you for the time they spent with it.

All fluids changed or topped off. Tires rotated and checked. Wheel bearings inspected and re-packed. Motor tuned up with points and distributor cleaned and adjusted. Shannon noticed the steering box was loose while he was under the truck and adjusted it without even asking, it has never steered better than it does now. One of the front fenders had broken loose from it's mounts and the guys at Automotive One spent several days reinstalling it so everything lined up perfectly. I have been turned away from other places with my old truck, Shannon doesn't mind working on either it or my newer daily driver vehicles. I have been going to them since they were in their old location and I would not hesitate to take anything to them. We send all our friends there and they all comment on the honesty of dealing with this business.

We did not need to have an appointment and they had fixed them in like one day so I did not have to wait a week or anything like that. My radiator started leaking by the way but they replaced it for free and was very apologetic about that. They did a good and they were fast. They are a little pricey but they backup their work so that is a good thing.

I trust them implicitly. I've taken cars there on two separate occasions for a diagnostic, expecting a significant bill. They charged me a minimum amount the first time and advised I drive my car longer before making the repair. The second time they did a diagnostice and told me it had to be taken to the dealer for the particular service required and they did not charge me.Hard to find a mechanic that does that!

I trust them completely with the care of my car. I have been using Yeager's Automotive One as my only car mechanic for the last six years. They have been fair, honest, helpful and friendly every time. When I first went to them I had a car with a lot of problems. They helped me out whenever I needed it. They told me how to save money and what I did not need. I had spent so much money at the car dealership before I went to Automotive One and now I know things are done right and priced right the first time! They even helped me find a new-used car that was reliable and cost effective. Shannon and Kenny have really been there for me. I have had my car towed there and I have had a lot of different service and maintenance done on my cars by them. I have always been more than satisfied. It makes me feel good to know I'm in good hands as long as they are around. They do brakes, transmission, and anything my car has needed. Both my sister and daughter have gone to them on my recommendation and both have been pleased and satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone. They are the best!

They are always very good. They are honest and fair. They have done several things for me over the years. I highly recommend them.
