Our project was to do preventive maintenance: lubrication, check release mechanisms and program a new remote control. The two technicians were on time, professional and explained what they were doing.

Friendly and informative individuals who gave me my quote and worked to install our door. I felt comfortable that it was being done right.

It was a quick and easy job and done in less than 10 minutes. Then they told me the price, which I thought to be very high. This is my fault for not asking ahead of time. I was embarrassed because I didn't have that much. He adjusted the price to meet my budget. He said I should have known the price, but I hadn't hired anyone to do any work for me so how would I know.

My four-year-old garage door stopped working correctly and I had Precision come out to look at it on 2/3/23. The technician, Trevor, was very polite and personable, however, their prices are outlandish! I was told in my quote that I needed all new rollers, garage door openers, and springs, with a total estimate of $3,104.79. I chose to pay the $105 service call fee and seek a second opinion. Another door company came out and said everything looked great, but I would need to replace my garage door opener in the next year. The other company adjusted the tension on the chain, lubricated some parts, and the door is once again working fine for a total cost of $180. Since I now know I will need a new opener soon, so I started pricing them. Precision quoted me $1,369.09 for a Lift master 84501 belt drive LED opener. When I priced the same opener at Lowes, it is $689 installed! Overall, this company will try to get you to complete unnecessary, terribly overpriced repairs.

Robert Bongiorno arrived the business day after my call. He offered options and then repaired the door quickly and explained the repair. It was quick and efficient.

In a time good customer service is hard to find this company was amazing to work with. Of course it was an emergency and during the ice/snow storm and they were so responsive to our needs. Hopefully i will never need their services again but i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who does.

They checked everything and explained the problem with my garage door opener. It was 20+ years old and the parts were no longer available. My options were explained and the opener replaced. They were very courteous and my garage was clean. I would highly recommend them if you have problems.

Great service by David and team. Needed a new garage door operator installed. Precision performed a safety inspection and provided several repair options for all aspects of the garage door. David was very flexible on timing of the job that fit my schedule best. The old operator was replaced quickly and all of my questions on use of the new one were answered in full. I highly recommend for all garage door work.
