After the first month everything started to stink of dishonesty. Builder said he had a crew of seven people and he had built entire homes from the ground up. Never more than one and very seldom 2 people here at any one time. Hiring practices were very indiscrete and builder showed very little regard to my home or my home business that involved many small children. Builder became very argumentative and would deny my findings even when caught red handed. Refused to repair or fix things that he did wrong or destroyed. Does not listen to the customer. He walked out on us twice and the last time leaving us with over 25K in work not done. Took monies but did not deliver good to finish job. Left my 83 year old mother w/ no heat and a terrible room addition and did damage to the original home. Five months later we found out that he has done this very same thing to many over the past seven years. Two others also in 2012 just like here. Mostly prays on the elderly . We are now involved law suit and in process of having stay lifted as he sought protection under bankruptcy.....But get this.... We did not find out that he filed Banckruptcy until Oct. 2012 after our first filing we then learned he had filed banckruptcy just 2 weeks after we signed our contact but and three weeks before breaking ground on our addition but never listed us on the bankruptcy but filed an amendment in Nov. to have us added but it was too late for us to dispute. So the story is not over yet. He has caused much distress, heartache, mental and physical distress and has caused us great financial distress but will not stop until we get our day in court and will try to hsve this man put in jail. Someone has to stop him from ever doing this to anyone else.

It was very lousy. He said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. He still had not finished in three months. He ended up leaving and not coming back. He told me that he would come around 8am and he would never show. Some days he would come for 5 or 10 minutes and then he would leave.
