It went very well. We have used them several times in the past and they are always excellent. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Christy responded very promptly to the initial inquiry and came out for an estimate within a day or so. She came with her assistant and had an excellent portfolio of faux finishes. She left saying she would email the estimate soon. When I had not received the estimate within several days, I emailed her and she said she'd been busy and would get it to me within a couple of days, which she did. The estimate was not itemized, so I inquired about what various phases of the job cost, and she responded promptly to these questions. I asked additional questions about timelines and whether the estimate included the Angie's List discount. It took several days for her to respond to these questions, and it turned out the Angie's List discount was not included in the original estimate, although I had given her the coupon at the time of the estimate. By this time, more than 2 weeks had past. We chose to use a different professional because of lack of timely responsiveness and cost.

They were very tidy with painting around our woodwork. And the work went excellently. They accomplished this task in the time they said they were going to, and I have additional work that I'll be hiring them for.

I can?t remember what the quote she gave me but I remember it being more than what I was willing to pay for that job. So I decided not to go with her. She was very nice though. My choice of not using her had nothing to do with her. She called back and was very responsive. She came when she said all the time. She was very professional. I just wanted her to do plain painting and she does a lot of good things with painting. If I want to get that kind of job done I will definitely use her for that.

What a pleasant experience. We hired this contractor a couple of years ago and were so pleased with the quality of their work and attention to detail that we had no qualms about bringing them back. Christy and her crew were very professional and did an outstanding job. They found and repaired defects in the walls (nail pops and bad seems) before they started painting. We had faux finishes added to a couple of walls throughout the house and have received very positive comments from our neighbors who came in to see what they had done.

Faux Fabulous was contacted shortly before Christmas and asked to give us a bid on painting our LR, DR, GR, entry and upstairs hallway. Christie came by on a Sunday and when she learned we hoped the work could be done before Christmas she called with an estimate the same day. Due to the weather her start was delayed by a day. To ensure the work was completed by Christmas she and her team worked on the weekend prior to Christmas. Although we took down our pictures, patched nail holes and wall scratches, Christie, Jason, Miles and Paul thoroughly went over the walls repairing and re-taping far more than we expected. The work took 4 days and was completed in the most professional and thorough manner. Each day they completely cleaned up their work area and stored all materials out of the way. Prior to starting, Christie was a tremendous help in suggesting various colors that would accomplish the warmth we wanted, as well as, showing us some unique and available texture techniques. We decided to have her use one of the techniques in our dining room and we couldn?t be more pleased. The long and short of this is that not only was the work done in a superior manner it was also done at a cost that in our opinion was very reasonable.

Christy Purnell, seemed very nice and accommodating. We had them out for an estimate, and also asked about exterior painting. The exterior job went well. We booked the interior painting for after Thanksgiving. Christy and a crew arrived to paint. They were painting in the bathrooms upstairs and they placed a radio in the middle of the hallway and turned it up loudly. My wife offered another radio so they didn?t have to play the music loudly, which they declined and just turned down the radio. The next day, they began with the music again, and my wife asked them to turn it down. Christy says to my wife that she will turn it down when the dogs stop barking. When they finished the job they walked into the kitchen, grabbed the check and left. The bathroom that Christy painted wasn?t done very well. The other bathrooms were done nicely. The towel bars weren?t attached and they painted over dust instead of removing. The customer doesn?t want a refund and not looking for any repair of the job, but wants to report to other Angie's List members to stay away from this company unless they want exterior painting.

From the time Christy came to my house to give me an estimate, pick paint colors and complete the job, the job took approximatel 2 weeks. Christy was aware of my time frame and desire to have the work completed prior to the holidays and she delivered. I appreciated the effort, professionalism, and quality of the work. Since I was at work, it was nice to have Christy call to inquire on my satisfaction with the color and work. Faux Fabulous painters did a wonderful job. I like the colors I chose with Christy's help. This is the second time I have used Faux Fabulous Interiors and I will definitely use them again.

it's good to know that quality craftsmanship is alive and well and working at Faux Fabulous Painting INC. Christy and her crew, Jason and Paul are professional craftsmen. I would suggest if you have any painting to do to please speak to Christy for an estimate her crew is class one and I give them an overall A+.

We were totally pleased with every aspect of our work with Faux Fabulous. The estimate was provided promptly with clear descriptions of the work that would be done, what would be included, who would provide the paint, etc. The work was scheduled and completed exactly as arranged. We were kept apprised of any potential time changes. The work itself was very professional, meticulous, and the painters cleaned up daily, making it easy for us. Overall, an outstanding experience. We'd use them again in a second!

Best contractor ever hired- from start to finish. First to answer my phone call, able to respond to do the work in a short period of time. Minimized my pre-work. Trusted them as i had to leave the premises during their work time. On time, on budget, friendly and professional.

I called Christy as soon as I knew the deal would run, and explained my timetable. She was very responsive, and came by quickly to survey the job. She also helped me choose some great colors, so we wouldn't have to paint the molding in addition to the walls. After I spoke with our real estate agent, he suggested we paint other areas as well. Even though we hadn't talked about the other rooms, Christy was happy to add them to the list, and assured me that they could be finished before the house was listed. Christy worked with 2 other painters, Jason and Miles. Both are extremely skilled and professional. Unfortunately, Christy had a familiy emergency to attend to, and could not always be here. No matter; Jason and Miles did an absolutely fantastic job, even though Christy was not always here. I have had other experiences with service providers when employees did not really do the job if the "boss" wasn't there. I am sorry I did not find Faux Fabulous before our impending move out of state. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

The crew was very professional and answered questions. Were able to finish the work as promised. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Called me back within a few hours when I had questions and concerns about the paint job. My house looks great!

Great experience from start to finish. Representative came out within 24 hours of my initial inguiry. They were able to work within my schedule and performed the work within 48 hours. Working on stairs definitely isn't easy work. The finished project looks wonderful. I will definitely use Faux Fabulous Interiors again as well as recommend the company.

Outstanding experience! The owner did an excellent job in assisting with color and faux finish recommendations. It was a pleasure working with her. She and her crew completed the job on time and at a very reasonable price. They worked quickly and neatly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

The lady who runs the company did a phenomenal job. They are fairly priced and did a great job! They do specialize in full painting. She helped us make decisions on colors which was a big help.
