Christy and her crew were wonderful. She arrived for the estimate and for the 2 days of work exactly as scheduled. All of the workers were very polite, worked quietly and carefully and took very good care to protect furniture, etc. She was very helpful in choosing the color and took a lot of time answering any questions. The rooms look great! I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my friends.

Christy and her team were wonderful to work with. Our walls look like new. Their prep work on the walls is second to none. Very pleased!

Lovely people. Owner was knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, gave advise when asked, but didn't push her ideas. Had a well trained crew, including 2 of her grown sons, all experienced and guided by crew leader. Very nice working experience. Was flexible around our moving schedule and the schedule of other workers contracted for floor, etc. Very pleased.

Christy was very friendly, professional and enthusiastic about our project. Even though she was just out for an estimate she discussed the project in detail and offered helpful suggestions. It came down to a monetary consideration for us and we opted to go with someone else.

Christy has an excellent 'eye' for colors and what works well in different lighting and with the customer's decor. The team worked efficiently each day, each member attending to their assigned task with attention to detail. They critiqued each other's work, and helped one another to ensure all painting was done well. At the end of each work day the crew cleaned their equipment and left it and all work areas neat and clean so my husband and I could go about our evening tasks without being inconvenienced. We are very pleased with the workmanship and finished product. The crew of young men respected our property and were always respectful and courteous. This is the 3rd time we have used Christy and her talented, young crew for a major painting job and we would never consider using any other company.

The whole process was efficient and on schedule from start to finish. Christy, owner, came out to the house with color samples. She made several suggestions for paint colors which turned out to work very well. She then scheduled the work. We had many drywall cracks that they had to repair before they started painting. Christy's crew of young men were professional, polite, worked hard and cleaned up every day before they left. The paint job was very well done- no spillover onto baseboards etc. It has been 4 months since the job. I have had plenty of time to find fault and I am just as pleased now as I was then.

Christy and her team are a fun, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking crew. She was able to come out for an estimate right away and made time to start on our project as soon as possible. Her team removed the wallpaper from 2 bedrooms and a hallway. They did a fantastic job repairing small cracks, imperfections, and smoothing out the walls. She also put special care into restoring and painting the original radiator covers, which turned out fantastic. The best part of all was that Christy brainstormed with me on color ideas based on my style and inspiration. The team painted both bedrooms with the perfect colors and it turned out great. We look forward to working with her on the rest of our home soon.

These are the only contractors you'll actually miss when they've finished the job. This paint crew were each extremely talented artists. Knowledgeable, intelligent and neat they were a pleasure to be around. They worked fast and cleaned up work areas each day.The owner of the company, Christy Purnell was on hand to check progress and quality as project progressed. I wish I'd hired them in the first place! They were hired to fix the disaster that the painter I'd hired created by using latex paint over oil. This resulted in the paint peeling off throughout the house. Christy had been hired to fix this problem by others in the past with success. My home looks beautiful now thanks to Faux Fabulous Interiors!

They did a small job. They were wonderful, on time and professional. They even touched up some painting I had done.

We were able to make an appointment for an estimate without any hassle. Christy arrived promptly and was very thorough in determining what it would take to get the job done. We were able to schedule a date exactly when we needed the work done. Our daughter is moving back to the area from Boston, so the paint color choices were done long distance. Christy was a great help in picking the right colors. The team started the job on Monday and finished up on Thursday - just as promised. The condo looks great!!!

Arrived promptly, prepped work diligently, painted w/o a hitch, cleaned-up marvelously. I'm 70 years old, have owned six homes (two of which were built using local builders), so I can safely say that I know good work when I see it. Christy and her Faux Fabulous crew are the best interior painting contractor that I have ever experienced. I should also mention the contract called for two coats, but they weren't satisfied with the coverage so they applied a third coat with no charge to me.

We highly recommend this painting company. This team did an amazing job painting our house. They finished painting in a timely manner and the quality of work is exceptional. We will definitely hire them again for future work.

Christy and her team came in and did a prompt, professional and immaculate job. There was a minor problem resulting from a prior paint job, done years ago. They corrected that problem, finished the job within the promised time frame and did not charge extra. There was a lot of work to be done in these rooms, especially the living room. They removed the window treatments and replaced them when finished. Their attention to detail was excellent and the rooms were very clean afterward.

Christy and her team were great. Very responsive to my initial inquiry, came promptly to give a quote and showed up when promised to do the job. Job took 2 days -- everything was cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day. The quality of the work is outstanding. You can get a job like this done for less, but if you want quality work and a great customer experience it's well worth it to hire Christy and her team.

Mike the painter had screwed up big time. He did not prime or sand prior applying the paint, and as a result all his paint came right off. I called Faux fabulous and they were wonderful. They were able to save the situation by doing thorough research regarding the best products to use. The redid almost everything and finished what had not been done. They were extremely professional and did a stellar job. Their paint job is meticulous (I am a perfectionist) and they finished on time. They painted about 2500 square feet including detailed trim and woodwork. I will recommend them highly to anyone who is looking for an awesome paint job. Their price was justified and not too high

I like that she utilizes kids from college. That gives them job experience and responsibility. I did feel the quote was too high even when broken down by room or areas therefore I ended up going a different route.

Christy and her team were punctual, professional and did a perfect paint job. My cabinets look like new and my kitchen does too. They did the whole job in two days. I couldn't have been happier with my cabinets and their work ethic.

I had hired them before, and I absolutely love them. They did an outstanding job. My office looked brand new. They were extremely careful and detail oriented. They always cleaned up before leaving, and always worked on schedule. They even shovel part of my driveway to keep my floors snow mess free. I have no reason not to love them. Team was prompt, professional, cleaned up EVERY day before leaving. Although her quote was the most expensive, it was the most transparent, and based on measurements. Not an imperfection anywhere! Would recommend Christy Purnell and her crew to anyone!

I had them come out to give an estimate and shortly after, they started the work. They were awesome! Everyone was very professional! The foyer was a big task! It was all sanded down and painted. They did a great job with going over the oil base paint I had. They did all the trim work in all rooms and painted all the walls in all the rooms. It's looks very professional!! We love it!

Christy and her painters did a AMAZING job! She is a perfectionist! Christy made me lots of sample boards to choose from and if I didn't like it she would start over. I have never seen anyone take as much pride in her work as she does.I have gotten so many compliments from people visiting our home. I am so thrilled with the work that they have done and would HIGHLY recommend Christy and her crew!!!.

Christy's crew (Justin, Jason, Matt) arrived 7/8/2013 to begin the prep work on the rooms to be painted (patched/prepped the nail pops in the ceilings, walls, door jamb (we had removed a door but you wouldn't know it now)), while Christy bought the materials. In passing, I asked the crew if they would also take down some drapes in the great room, if they had time & then have Christy make a few suggestions about paint for that wall for a future job. When I came home that afternoon, the drapes were down and there were 5 samples for me to consider for that wall. Christy has a good 'eye' for colors that work well together and that play up the light and shape of a room/ceilings. She said she'd be able to also paint that wall during the week. In addition, Christy & Justin suggested a faux finish for the pillar in the dining room to match the previously painted faux finished wall. Christy & crew worked efficiently throughout the day, each person attending to their particular task with attention to detail. Each afternoon the crew cleaned their equipment and left it and the areas clean and orderly. Once again, we are pleased with the workmanship, colors and finished product that Christy and crew provided. We had used this company to paint our condo in Twinsburg in the fall of 2012 and knew that when we needed to have painting done again, we'd call Christy without hesitation.

Christy and her crew did an absolutely wonderful job! The attention to detail was excellent throughout, from resetting color lines by hand to insuring the house was left clean and free of painting material at the end of each day. Christy has a great taste for color and provided spot on advice on color choices. The whole project was managed on time, with no damage at all to floors or counters and above all delivered with superb quality. I could not be happier with the outcome.

This was an unusual arrangement since I was on the west coast and was communicating with Christy Purnell by email and phone. I emailed her all the paint colors I wanted. Christy and her team did a fabulous job. The paint colors are exactly what I wanted and the walls, doors and ceilings look wonderful. Christy made sure I was apprised of their progress every step of the way. I am thrilled with Faux Fabulous Interiors and recommend them unreservedly. The only problem has been that the paint came off the door when the locks were changed, but despite what the locksmith said, I don't see how it could have been prevented.
