Lance was awesome! My wife talked to him first and she had a good feeling about him! She said he seemed friendly courteous and easy to talk with! He seemed very concerned about our dilemma and as he discussed the project she felt confident that he was the right person for the job! This was not an easy project mind you. Our house was built in 1959. Unfortunately a drunk driver smashed through a stone wall into our garage. The challenge to begin with was finding and matching the same stone that was around in 1959! Then building the wall to match the same pattern as the rest of our house! Well he nailed it perfectly! We are very very satisfied with the end result! He also did some extras he didn’t originally include in the estimate like firming up the stone paths in front of the house. Touching up the damaged gutters with paint and filling the garden beds with stones that were disrupted from the crash. His crew was also very courteous and polite! He thoroughly picked up all his tools and project supplies afterwards! Thanks Angie’s List for your recommendation of Lance Forrest! Needless to say I would highly recommend him for any project anyone needs help with!

We re-finances our house and we’re worried we were not going to have enough proceeds to do our necessary projects. Real Deal came in and saved the day and we were even able to get a few additional projects done. This company is knowledgeable in so much! They are truly a one-stop shop which makes it so convenient for the homeowners. They diligently worked until everything was done and were very trustworthy. The transformation of our house is stunning and our home value has greatly increased! We hope to be able to accomplish more projects and will undoubtedly hire them again!

He's very professional, he went above and beyond, I'm very happy with him this is the 2nd time he's done work for me and he did fantastic work for me.
Description of Work: He did siding, He put 2 main structural beans in the house, he also fixed some structural work inside the house that was not done property and he fixed a stairs for me that was not put in correctly.
