"This is a very disgruntled employee, nothing more. Home Instead Senior Care is the ONLY company that provides Alzheimer's training to their employees (every employee). We provide excellent support to our CAREGivers, as we are the only agency that has two dedicated quality assurance managers (Client Care Coordinators) that support our CAREGivers and the clients we serve. This is their only job. We don't pay minimum wage and even if we did, it would be the minimum allowed by law. In addition, we did not "wrongfully terminate" this employee as Ohio is an "employment at will" state and NOTHING was decided to be inappropriate or illegal by any governing legal entity. The rest of the comments have zero merit and are not even worth addressing because they are completely fabricated."
"Ms. [Member Name Removed] is a disgruntled employee trying to smear the great reputation of Home Instead Senior Care. She has never used Home Instead Senior Care as a service."
"Home Instead Senior Care's services were only $20.50/hour at the date of this post. We have never charge a client $53.33/hour. Thanks for the great review otherwise!"
