Adam called me back within the hour, gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment the following morning, He worked quickly, met his quote, and was very professional. Once the garage door and automatic opener were installed and I had a problem with the automatic opener, the installer would not come back out to see what the problem was or even return my phone calls or emails. I paid the installer in full in cash for the door installation and for the opener installation once the work was completed. He promised he would email the receipts and he has not done that. I am surprised that having paid to be listed on this website that he would neglect to keep his customers happy. I would not recommend this installer because has poor customer care service skills.
