James Love -owner I contacted on phone he was very upbeat and explained how his process worked, He told me to go to ProSource in Canton to pick out the flooring, I did, while there I met Jim, he appeared helpful and left me to pick out the flooring with Dave of ProSource. I select 2 types of flooring, Dave let me take them home to see how i would like. James came over the next morning to measure and give a quote, the quote was a little more than i had in my budget to spend, he said he would work with Dave on the pricing and call me back, that was at 10 am in the morning, I did not hear from him, so I called him and left a message, he didn't call me, i called Dave from Pro Source he said he would contact James and have him call me. Dave said he thinks I would be happy about the quote but he would let James tell me. So, James finally called back I answered phone, he hung up. I called him right back, he never called again. I waited for his call the next morning until the afternoon, no called. I emailed and cancelled the job explaining that since he was so unavailable and did not return phone calls or text messages I was afraid to use him as i will not pay Pro Source for the flooring and then have James who does not communicate effectively perform a job. This is very unprofessional, I would not recommend him due to the lies he told me and his lack of communication.
