Description of Work: Gutter cleaning and fixed a downspout. |They were really busy from some high winds we had experienced so it took a while for them to come out but they did and every thing got taken care of. I had a broken downspout and they fixed it without trying to sell me another product.

Description of Work: I bought a $50 for gutter cleaning from this company. He came out promptly after purchasing, but informed me when he got to my house that my house was larger than what the deal was allowed for and that I would owe additional money. I was not prepared for him to say this, so I ended up paying the money to have the job completed. I do not recall seeing any fine print about the size of your house. He appeared to do a good job, but I was offput by the fact that he requested additional money beyond the big deal I had paid for.

Description of Work: I had gutters cleaned last year by Ferrari Gutter Service. At that time he recommended gutter guards and the cost. During the next year I studied the gutter guards on Consumer Reports. I had decided to use a product from The Home Depot and have Ferrari install. He suggested the durability of the product would be lacking due to the sun exposure on the south side of my house. His estimate on my product was very close to the estimate of his product, After careful consideration I chose his produce (since he is the expert). He cleaned my gutters again this year and installed gutter guards. He also recommended replacement of a 15 foot section of gutter on the back of the house. I did not rate the price and quality since the job was just recent done. If the product works then the price would be priceless (ha ha). Will evaluate after a year or so in operation. I do recommend Ferrari Gutter Services to all in need. Tony came from Summit County to Stark County to do the work. I made my choices from Angies List. I feel like there is some accountability using businesses listed as there are many members in the area.

Description of Work: Sometime during the first or second week of November, I called for gutter cleaning service and within a week, he returned my call and scheduled for the service for the latter part of November ( he was not specific with the date--guess that should have been my warning sign ). Unfortunately, it is December 13 and he has not shown up or follow up. I called another contractor who came the next day to perform the work. Maybe Tony Ferrari does not come out to Barberton nor does he need the business. It is unlikely that I will be calling him for gutter replacement in the future, based on this experience.

Description of Work: I have been using this company for a little over two years. Tony comes out twice per year and notifies me right before our regularly scheduled dates to confirm. He leaves a bill and his card if I am not home or I give him a check if I am home. I have been extremely happy with them. They keep me on schedule.

Description of Work: I asked Mr. Ferrari to check one of my downspouts to see if it was clogged. He called quickly and came out the next day .He checked the drainspout and found it was ok and he only charged me twenty dollars.

Description of Work: The serviceman was here late afternoon and worked until dark flushing/cleaning the gutters on our 2 story colonial. The gutters had not been cleaned since we moved in 5 yrs ago and we have 4 large oak trees on our property. He was thorough, professional and friendly.
