+ -1 moreCalled the place and he was punctual in calling me back and we made an apt for a Friday @ 2pm. I stayed around on that day so I would make sure I would not miss his arrival. Mr. Garner never showed and he never returned anymore of my calls. I was willing to let him say he forgot or he missed me as missed appointments happen the busy you are when the weather is cooperating. Tried him again, on the Saturday and following Monday and then again by EOW...no call backs. He wasted my time and was unprofessional. If he didn't have time for me then he should have at least called and said so. If you play like you practice and you practice like dog poo then I guess its best I move on to somebody who wants the business. I would not recommend Garner based on this experience. I do not write bad reviews if the information is not correct or I had a disagreement with vendor. So this is a legitimate "F" rating. There are plenty of fish in the sea, Mr. Garner...I am just glad you didn't take my $$ as a down payment and then decide not to call me back so thank you for that one act of generosity.
Description of Work: The vendor made an appointment after initial contact by me by phone after I found an advertisement for landscaping on my mailbox.
